yes, another example why he should go to a team where he actually has few players around him that makes the D paying every time for something like that.

But who's fault?

2021 Curry scored a lot more with even less talent.

Kerr not doing him any favors. But can Dubbs even fire him and not p@ss off Curry?

He wants his pay for respect? He is the highest paid player, but taking a lot of rest and not a top 5 impact player any more. Also his pay is a salary gymnastics to get more talent.

Bill Walsh would have traded him last year! Remember, he traded the Golden boy and got rid of Lott. That was a shock.

Rewatch observations that stood out.

Schroeder: his game is changing, dare I say adapting. He was more cp3ish out there, orchestrating the offense. They run scissors action for him because it keeps him on ball within the offense and not off ball. He uses the the steph and wiggins gravity to get into the paint.

Wiggins: hes getting gravity. Teams are flying out there at him like he's a sniper, yet terrified he gets a a runway into the paint. Hence why he gets fouled from 3 alot. And hes becoming a more diversified shooter, he's taking more motion 3s. If this isn't a one off, he could be our sg to unlock a bigger line up.

Loon. He's looking for his offense. It isn't get the ball and pass out immediately. He's putting his head down and quadruple pump faking. His screening unlocks so much for our offense, especially for steph. Loon can take out 2 guys on a screen to give steph the space to launch.

Kerr: hes trying to win games. The bench has shortened and he's going all in on steph and wiggins minutes like he's thibodeau. If the match up doesn't work, it gets taken out. Tjd minutes, post minutes, etc.. He's established a clear offensive pecking order now. Its steph. It's wiggins. It's a committee. The team is on the same page. Everyone knows their roles and kerr is putting them in better positions.
Reintegrating dray and jk will be the hard part.

I do think a large part of our struggles has been not knowing their roles and people being placed in roles they weren’t ready for or unable or willing to do.

But I agree Kerr seems to be done with the developing or experimenting phase. We’ll see what happens when everyone comes back healthy.

If Kerr has settled on his rotation, we will still have problem.

The Stro and Buddy rotation sucks. And still... the midget ball starting lineup?

Idk who stro is. Buddy is still useful even though he’s bricking because teams aren’t just leaving him and he helps the pace as he’s sprinting in transition. Yea buddy started but he only played 15 min. Which is fine if he doesn’t have his shot going.

Gp2 will be out of the starting lineup as soon as dray comes back.

:banghead: :banghead:

I meant Schroder. That Curry Schroder combo suck ball. Schroder without Curry seems to do fine though. Yet Kerr keeps going back to that hole.

Buddy needs to come off the bench. With him sucking so much now, might as well give opponents 10 points to begin the game. Might as well put Podz to start the game. Can't be any worse than bad Buddy.

We don't want shroeder starting. But this version of schroeder can absolutely play short stints with steph IF IF we have spacing out there with him. Shroeder eases stephs ball handling burden and can play some pesky poa which relieves some burden off wiggins.

Now, buddy is struggling. But he still has gravity. Kerr just needs to have a short leash. This team is on steroids when the 3 balls hit, it just energizes the team. We start playing faster which buddy does. And we just don't have the shooters at sg right now fir a better option. Podz, maybe if that shot is real. But he just can't give us the speed boost buddy can.

Even if Schroeder can help Curry on offense, them together on defense gets even worse though.

That is a big IF with Buddy, especially now. That is why I am hoping to get Vuc. Doesn't cost too much, provide some scoring, especially with JK out. Vuc can help with spacing game, as seen with Post... and then some. I don't really care about 2025 1st anymore as long as Dubbs gets into play in game.

Bill Walsh would have traded him last year! Remember, he traded the Golden boy and got rid of Lott. That was a shock.

I dont think you understand how bad this current roster is.
Bazemore, Damian, Mulder, Poole ALL had above league avg efficiency in 21 and we have 5 players shooting better than 40% on threes. We ended the season with 16-5 run crushing everyone. 21 team would destroy this roster is you take curry out.
