During the 1st part of the season Paolo was getting better looks.. the injuries ruined all the momentum but they'll get it back within the next 10 games.

I was told adamantly by the mods on this board this wasn't a problem whatsoever.

I don't think adding a PG or scoring guard is going to be the seamless fix people are expecting. It will cause adjustments and expose other weaknesses - like Paolo not being a very good off-ball mover.

The offensive scheming could use a lot of work. Kenny Atkinson took over the same Cleveland team Bickerstaff had but turned them into an offensive juggernaut. Mosley needs to hire an Atkinson-level assistant to teach the team offense.

Its just impossible to win when you have no penetration, zero shooting and offensive threats from the guard positions.

It's still based off of two 20-25 ppg guards that can penetrate and dish well though lol. Franz and Paolo are solid play-makers, but you can see how easy it is to inhibit them since they aren't like LeBron level processors out there. Doesn't have to be a traditional Paul level guy but even Boston has Holiday and White out there.

This team looks broken. They can fall out of the top 10. Only 4 games ahead and Philly should pass us. Complete meltdown of a season. WePark have a lot to answer for.

Not sure how that doesnt help though...
We are currently watching a game where

Paolo has 2 assists/ 2 turnovers
Franz has 3 assists/ 2 turnovers

Thats the ENTIRE starting lineup totaling 5.

Portland has 20 in their starting lineup right now.

The offense is just iso with those two guys. Its just a **** system. Getting a point guard to put those guys in easier sets is what they need.
