The Giannis minutes allocaiton dosn't work either. He doesn't play the first 6 minutes of the 4th these days. If we need to keep it close or get back into it, he's not available because he's just played the entire third. YLike right now, we need to get back in it but you can't have him out there because he's gassed.

100%. This fanatical adherence to the same substitution patterns game after game is ridiculous. There needs to be wriggle room to allow for tactical situations.
