Kerr is an awful coach, atleast rotation wise. I have no clue how he thinks jerking his whole team around is a good idea. No one knows their role, and I'm sure everyone is unhappy. They have enough talent, they should have a better record. He lucked into the players he had in the past.

You are making an assumption that Kerr is a bad communicator and fails at setting expectations.

I'd wager that's a bad assumption.

He'll get bought out depending how much salary he's willing to forego. He's still owed about $5 million for the rest of the season.

I doubt he has any interest in playing basketball. The Clippers were a good team, no reason for him to not play there.
