With OG out, Mikal gonna have to be more aggressive, can't rely on just Josh to make plays for others... Mikal has to average 22+ppg, 6apg and if KAT keeps having injury affected games, JB gonna have to average 30ppg... we really miss a true sniper like Divo in these types of games

Credit to JJ Redick. He outcoached Thibs in this one. KAT had no business being on the court. No energy whatsoever. Precious outplayed him and should have been out there the rest of the 4th. He should just get the surgery at this point.

Brunson was really selfish in this one. Absolute trash going into double teams and turning the ball over. OG was the only one who had anything going today and his teammates didn’t bother to look for him.

Gotta feel bad for Josh Hart with how hard he played. Heck of a game from him

I don’t care how good they’ve looked during certain stretches at times during the season.

This team is dead last in 3 pt defense. They’re not winning anything when their perimeter defense is that bad. Losing Og for any extended period of time will make their glaring weakness even worse.

Also, I am super concerned about KAT. He has looked so awful since he injured himself. He can’t shoot worth a damn.

This team is not a contender. I’ve seen enough stretches of awful perimeter defense throughout the season to know that this team won’t go far when they can’t guard the 3.

This game showed the two biggest flaws with this team:

1) if Brunson has an off night, no one else can create a shot and the offense struggles
2) there is zero margin for injury. If one of the top-5 goes down this team is in trouble

Coach has no clue what to do when a team has big wings or mobile bigs that can switch onto Brunson & KAT, there's no movement or anything to get them the ball on the move, no pin downs, no nothing just iso and post ups.
