What makes him the right pick?

"Right". I don't think he's the "right" pick...

Last year when I first started watching Asa I immediately was like, "...this guy is soooooooo a Blazers pick." He's totally the type that Schmitz and Cronin fall in love with--a Jerami Grant replacement.

Ahh. Gotcha.

He seems to be a bit raw but high potential, but I don’t watch a lot of ncaa.

I was hoping and expecting this to be one of the first replies. You did not disappoint. Jroy have it all.

Go look at the link in the draft thread, no ceilings did a scouting report on him, I basically think his floor is like a Derek Lively right now, with the potential to be more if he can show he can shoot from the perimeter, however, that is a big if

But with the way this team is trending right now, I don’t think Newell will be there, so maybe Kneupoel\McNeely both shooters would seem to be the best fit maybe a dark horse like Penda\Sataf
