For the Lakers, this is a long-term talent play they couldn't refuse. Not sure it even makes them as good this year if they don't retool. Just makes them more intriguing overall. Maybe slightly increases their contention potential, but lowers ceiling.

I wouldn't be surprised if DeAaron Fox is the next move they make. Reaves, Knecht, filler, multiple 1sts. Luka-LeBron-Fox could cook now, while leaving leftovers.
