If we are looking for a deal that might make us worse than getting Jimmy, this might be it.

Nah....they will suck with Luka and Lebron. Exact same style of play and neither play defense. LeBron will be traded to some team, I predict, for some younger talent. Lakers with Lebron and Luka aren't winning anything this year.

What if LeBron is dealt to Suns for Beal???

Warriors probably have a shot and Warriors could probably trade Wiggins and future picks (iron of Wiggins getting traded from a LeBron team twice in his career would be Hilarious). Now trading Kuminga and a pick for Lebon.....

Curry, Wiggins, LeBron, Draymond and.....drummmm roll....Looney! lol

The Lakers always get whatever the hell they want. I have a horrible feeling they're now going to land De'Aaron Fox in exchange for Austin Reaves and a bag of chips.

No doubt. Some how a third team takes one for the NBA and offers enough to pretend it's not NBA collusion. :( "We really wanted Hachimura so we got in the deal" lol

Wild night, huh?

Everyone on Twitter thought Shams Charania was hacked when it got reported lmao. Just unbelievable. Cannot think of another trade like this. Still tilts to the Lakers because they got the younger player. Seems like the Mavs were specifically targeting Davis. This is stunning.

Luka Dončić, Austin Reaves and Dalton Knecht all potentially starting for the Lakers? In a few hours, when he wakes up from his drunken stupor, Jester's head is going to explode. He's going to have a melanin induced meltdown.

The Mavs recently lost Lively for awhile. I guess they figured they have been playing well enough without Luka. Also, they have seen firsthand his level of commitment to staying in shape.
This movie is like the Rocky Horror Picture Show where everyone knows all the lines.

Lakers fans are arrogant SOBs. They're openly talking about getting Anthony Edwards now, like they can just force any deal they want. Who the hell is running the League - Jeanie Buss?

Who cares. This trade is only good for the Lakers long term. Luka needs to pull his head out of his backside and get fitter.

While for Dallas, it makes no sense. AD and Kyrie? That doesn’t scare me much.

I am amazed this came out of nowhere though. It shows that we most likely only hear 10-15% of what is going on behind the scenes. For all we know MDJ is talking to the Spurs about a Wemby for SlowMo deal.

Exciting!

Maybe Luka will pull a Kobe, change his jersey number and go full Fat Mamba.

Wtf!!! I can understand nothing…

1. Last year second best team trading TOP5 best player in prime with 1.5y left contract for 32y old star….what happened in Dallas between Doncic and owners???
2. Lebron. Will he retire after this season? B/c I don’t see ways how Lebron/Doncic could win even one PO series. Just checked LAL drtg with Lebron and no Davis on the floor - the worst defensive team in NBA. LAL has no defence, has no center and Lebron/Westbrook story again - two ball dominant player. Its not winning formula for Lebron, but o/f is good for Lakers after Lebron retirement.
3. Price for Doncic??? Its clear as day that you could get 50% more than this. But its look like trade was only between two teams and no one knew it except Jazz.
4. This is look very very strange deal. Doesn’t fit to Lebron. Traded Lebron agency player. What is happening between Lebron and Lakers?

You should trademark that!

Fat Mamba.

You could make t-shirts with Robert Downey Jr from Tropic of Thunder saying, “you never go Fat Mamba!”

Bill Simmons said on his pod that he heard from someone in the know that the next move is LeBron to the Warriors. Simmons also doesn't think LeBron or Klutch knew, and this was basically the Lakers saying F it, he's 41 now, whatevs.

There are a lot of logic from Lakers side after Davis trade.

This Luka/AD trade is legit corrupt.

I hope there are some significant media folk that have the balls to call it for what it is, a completely corrupt forced move by the league to revamp the Lakers for the next decade, to get the ratings back on track for investors of the NBA product. The NBA has gone to ****.

Okc win again. They have a 2028 pick swap with the mavs.

I still can't believe this trade. This is why you don't attach future picks for older players.

Jimmy for picks is going to hurt.

I love GSW, but could not support/“root for” as you guys say a GSW team which had LeBron as a member, even with Curry on the same team. I guess if they won a title, which I absolutely could not see happening given NBA basketball involves an aspect called defense, it would give the NBA a nice symmetry and they could go out with 5 titles each and call it a draw, and WWE wrestling could sue for theft of intellectual property.
