Why would the Nets want Khris?

My thought process is similar to the Dame trade, Blazers took Jrue and immediately flipped him. They can send him off in a separate deal to get more assets back. If the going rate on 31 1sts is 3 lesser 1sts, plus anything they could get back from Khris I think that's plenty of compensation for Cam and extras

I just see this idea as a way to get younger and more athletic and likely better defensively. Then allows us to fine tune with a follow up trade including Bobby. Would also get the team under the 2nd apron.

Khris doesn’t have value though, Jrue was highly valuable. Khris is like Brogdon in that deal.
