I do not think the Lakers are done, I could see something like this as a follow up trade

Pacers in: Capela, Knecht, Lakers 2031 1st
Lakers in: Turner
Hawks in: Mathurin, Rui

I saw one Mavs fan say that this was the worst thing to happen in Dallas since JFK was shot. They seem to be taking it well.

The NYT reported that the Mavs had contacted at least one other team, inferring that team rejected Doncic. I think there is a good chance it was the Bucks. Assuming that it was a one for one, who are the only players a team would turn down Luka for? I’m thinking only Giannis, Wemby, SGA, Ant, Tatum, Jokic. And only Wemby, Giannis, Tatum would have made sense to Dallas. And since Doncic doesn’t make any amount of sense for spurs- it had to have been either Boston or Bucks.

if they asked for Giannis, yeah, that wasn't happening.

Add the Mavs to the list of fan bases who feel **** about the state of their franchise. I feel like the list is pretty long right now and a part of the NBAs apathy problem.

If that was the case, I don’t think they would’ve sent him to LA. He’s going to make a ton more money in endorsements than he was in Dallas.

He's going to pay a lot more in taxes in Cali than in Texas.

Dame is on a mission this year. Luka doesn't seem to care about taking care of his body. There's a reason Dallas dumped him with those calf injuries.
