LeBron is 40 years old. The Lakers shouldn't be gifted again and the age difference is too scary.

Not so scary as what you will have to pay Brown two years from now. And you understand, right, that LeBron at age 40 is a better player than Brown will ever be.

Barrister, You are right, LeBron is indeed better than Brown, but there is only one Tom Brady as far as players dominating in their 40s. Umm, maybe two, if you toss in Gordie Howe.

I think there's a better chance of revisiting Brown for Durant, as regards trading Jaylen for an older Superstar, if the Suns implode in the playoffs...

I want LeBron for two championship years. Then after the three-peat I want him to retire and get us out of cap hell.

You would trade JB for a 1 year rental of KD?

Who else would you exactly trade him for?
It depends greatly if they win this season, looks very iffy at this moment, though Porzingis is playing at an All Star level.

And the new ownership. If it's Lurie, at age 73, he wants to win now, so they could move Brown for a GFIN piece...

Bra LA in both Basketball and Baseball right now is just too much for me.

I won't go off on the GB, but man I know some of yall feel my pain right now. I know Boston is one of the premier spots to go, so I can't complain too much, but everything we get is earned through good management or development for the most part. It's why our teams always feel special.

What is going on now is just trashy, low level 90's Yankee's level stuff, and I personally hate it. We aren't even waiting for the stars to reach 28-30 any more, just send prime Bett's and Luka to LA where they will play with FA signies Ohtani and LeBron James...

It's sad because I watch sports for the competitiveness and team building aspects, and this just ruins my entire experience.

I'm glad we got that one in 2019 with Betts, and glad we pulled through last year, because I think both sports have made it pretty clear what the future looks like from here on out

Well, the options are limited, since salaries have to match, the Celtics cannot send out more $$ than they take in, and the Celtics cannot aggregate players in trades. So the only other option would be Giannis, and Milwaukee wouldn't do that. Kawai and PG3 are always hurt, so they are not on my list.

Absent the second apron limitations, there are 10-15 guys I'd trade Brown for if I could, starting with SGA and Adebayo.

So to induce LeBron to waive his no trade, the C's should offer JD Davison and the rights to Begarin and Madar for Bronny James, who would put fannies in the seats in Portland.

I’m not in my 70’s, but what does GFIN stand for?

The first moan from LA about Luka's shape arrived pretty quickly.

This tweet is brilliant, btw.

Stevens should be moving Holiday as far as he can if a deal presents itself. Next year he might have to attach two first round picks just to move him.

Been saying it all year. Holiday is a shell of a player he was even last year and is due over $100 million for the next 3 years after this one.

KD chose GS over Boston. Screw him and any deal that we would have to pay him 54mil next year, which he will end up declining and want a mini deal. He took the easy way out going to the Warriors.

Sweet Jesus.
We got fools actually wanting to trade Brown for washed up dudes in their 40s. Let’s get a grip.
