Very minor ankle sprain and might even play tomorrow. Bad news for wishing for achilles tear in order to be right on the Internet gang lol

Nothing to see here, but a Knicks fan rooting for the team to be successful.

LOL yeah. The "I told ya so crew" wants to hold thibs responsible for coddling injury prone players. I guess Nick Nurse is also response for OG's previous injuries with the Raptors.

Regardless of if OG plays 10 days from now, or tomorrow, listing him as questionable means it’s not something major that would cost months or the season, they’d simply rule him OUT. They gain nothing by listing him questionable if he really can’t play. Rockets already ruled out FVV for tomorrow, if they had any hope he could play you think they would already list him as out?

Right him being out for a 10 days is still a favorable scenario considering the other possibilities here. People yesterday were fearing something like a Lisfranc that could have him out for the year and longer.

So I think this is still good news. If he had one of those extremely serious injuries that had him out for the season I don’t think he’d be anything other than OUT tomorrow.

Based on the video record, it is patently clear OG Anunoby suffers from a severe case of hypochondria and there is absolutely nothing physically wrong with him.

The primary treatment will require intensive psychotherapy to address this emotional disorder that causes him to believe he is hurt when he is not.

I honestly think that
I think he’s just afraid of the injury more than actually, u know, getting injured

I would just let him sit and bring him back after the all star break. Magic Mitch should be back then as well unless he gets traded this week.

Glad this seems like a small injury. Whenever I see non-contact injuries, its always very worrisome. Even if its just a sprain, they really should let him take it easy and not rush him back. Playoff seeding isn't all that important, especially for the Knicks who are pretty good on the road with a fan base that is everywhere.
