You have klutch sports paid off media saying that the "mavericks won this trade." But this same media would always trash Anthony Davis and use him as a scapegoat when the lakers would lose. Now he is this difference maker. Mavs were already a pretty solid defense with pj Washington, Derek lively and gafford. Those are 3 solid bigs, not sure how ad will make much a change defensively especially since he is always injured

Just seems like Luka was setting scoring records at an insane clip and doing it much better than LeBron was at the same age. Just seems like klutch sports played a part in this. And the more I look up Nico Harrison history with klutch sports and LeBron/ad the more I want the nba or a private intitiy to ask for email and phone records from Nico, rob pelinja and yes both ad/LeBron and rich Paul

While this is probably unlikely, it's something that would surprise no one if it were true.

LeBron and his team may care more about his legacy than anyone else it's almost pathetic.

Is there, you know, an actual question here? Or is this just another thread of conspiracy asshattery?

This trade wasn't some conspiracy - it was just a GM wanting AD bad enough where in most people's eyes he overpaid by a long shot to get him.

Yes 40yo LeBron forced the Mavs to trade Luka to the Lakers. Because, as we all know, if they refused there would be unimaginable consequences for the Mavs (but you have a vivid imagination so I'm sure you can think up some)
And he dit it to protect his carreer stats at the expense of Luka's.
It all makes sense now

Well this might make the Mount Rushmore of terrible Luka-AD trade takes, which it turns out is no small achievement.

I am all up for any theory that slimes the Mavs front office right now but I'm not even sure what this theory is trying to get at. How does trading Luka to the Lakers "put a cap on his career scoring averages"

It is a testament to GOATness that a basketball player can have grown men act like this losing their minds.

Luka doesn't even play enough games to ever threaten Lebron.

another thing that i found odd

Brian windhorst gets on tv and the first thing he yells is "lebron had no idea this trade was happening"

but then today mavs gm nico harrison says he has been working on this trade with anthony davis for 2 or 3 weeks with rob pelinka.. and who is anthony davis agent... KLUTCH SPORTS rich paul

You think lebron had no idea anthony davis agent in rich paul was setting up this trade for luka, just makes no sense.. anthony davis agent is literally the co-founder with lebron.. and you are telling me that the mavs and lakers were discussing this trade and lebron had no idea his co-founder was trying to trade ad for luka.

things are not adding up

and then the talk of worrying about paying luka 345 million.. that too me was the dumbest excuse ever. Jaylen Brown of all players just got 300 million and luka is 100x better than jaylen brown. Just seems like to me the nba media at espn/fs1 is just hoping this entire scandal/corruption would blow over with the superbowl coming up here real soon

Why Klutch Sports paid media to trash Klutch Sports client Anthony Davis?

its the sudden change in how they view anthony davis.. one minute he is the scapegoat and called "mr. glass" the next you have perkins, and sas saying the mavericks won the trade. Just seems like damage control to me
