That is a massive development based off where we were... a month ago?
19th-ranked offense from Golden State, 3rd rank O from Boston, 11th ranked Bucks, 29th ranked Orlando, 23rd-ranked Hawks twice, 26th ranked Pelicans, 30th-ranked Wizards, 17th ranked Bulls, 21st-ranked Clippers.
Not THAT hard to envision that we would have looked pretty good against those opponents across the 10-game stretch, tbh.
You know what the problem with that kind of rankings is?
It only shows the averages, but doesnt tell you how good or bad they played each game. Have there been outliers that have dragged down the offensive rating? Maybe they all have good offense, but inbetween they have that one awful offensive game, that kills the ratings.
Its like with shooting from 3:
One player can have:
1/7
2/6
1/5
9/10
1/4
Shooting from 3, which equates to 42% from 3, but actually only 1 game was actually good.
At the same time someone can have:
2/5
2/5
3/5
3/7
0/4
This would result to an 38% shooter, but outside of one bad game, that guy actually was reliable from 3.
So tell me, who is the better shooter of those two?
