joking aside - knicks definitely are not old but they aren't young either. mcbride is the only rotation guy under 27.

This is Adam Silver's NBA we no longer discuss if a player had a good game anymore, only which coach won the minutes battle. Forget Randle vs RJ or Ewing vs Hakeem, its now Thibs minutes vs other coach minutes. No game highlights after a win only joy or anger about minutes. im really wondering tho.. why is it that back in the day players were playing multiple seasons 40+ minutes a game and yet noone ever complained then?
sprewell for example or clyde had multiple 40+ minutes per game seasons, many 38 and 39 seasons. there are so many more examples. i cant be bothered looking for it again to prove something. i have already studied bballreference to get my facts straight on that.
considering how much more the players are cared for these days, you would think they could probably play more than players back then.

OG/Mitch on floor together is a hammer down on the other team. We saw it last year for like 25 games or so. 3 pt defense was substantially better in that time too. The way Mitch patrols the paint eases the burden on everyone around him to focus more on the perimeter.
