If this were Los Angeles, Lakers would be getting SGA for the Denver 2nd.

I'm not impressed with the return for Charlotte here.

Presti did have six 2029 2nds? Was going to have to move around at some point..

But delaying a 2nd could have happened in 2-4 years so feels like there’s another leg. Even though I don’t really see what it is at all..

Missing third team could be Denver.

Micić to Denver, Zeke Nnaji to Thunder for removal of protections on 2027 & 2029 Nuggets 1sts. OKC increases trade asset value for a placeholder contract/roster spot.

Thunder would have to send something to Charlotte, which is settled here, although not yet filed.

I don't feel the Thunder would flip the Denver 1sts here with 2 years to spare. This is longterm asset management.

The 7.7 TPE to Charlotte could get interesting...

Charlotte is rumored as a facilitator.

Butler is still out there.

Hornets also have the Heat 2027 1st lottery protected converting to unprotected in 2028.

Thunder have the Heat 2025 1st lottery protected converting to unprotected in 2026.

Seems Butler leaving town benefits both clubs, and both Charlotte and Thunder have leverage.

Yeah. I am trying to understand the why as well. Does one team have a **** load of seconds in one of those years already? Or not have one in the year they are receiving a pick. That’s all I can think of, but haven’t checked

A 7.7 TPE opened by Micić to Denver is a spot on match for Kuminga at 7.6. The Heat 1st has value to Miami, as did the Bulls 1st to Chicago in the LaVine/Fox trade, returned via SAS.
