And now we are also talking Paul george again.

We didn't get him in the offseason by using cp3 and kuminga, now watch us overpay.

Any trade for PG13 is an overpay.

Old, often injured and on a bad contract.

Do not want.

Jk and podz still untouchable. Getting a 40 yr old past his prime for Wiggins + nultiple future picks will turn ugly.

Windy has also said that the warriors have indeed offered a multi year max extension for jimmy.

Wiggs+filler+ at least 2 or 3 future picks for Jimmy is the crux of the deal.

Mjd is going full nico.

I wouldn't trust a thing Windy or Shams say about the Warriors, those dudes probably make more money by trying to up the offers from the Warriors. Yes, they may know about discussions going on, but saying "wiggins and some picks" won't get them far is just silly and vague. If Philly wants out of that PG deal because he's 35 and getting max money, they will take Wiggins and expirings with either Kuminga or a protected pick. In fact I'd say it's more of a question if the warriors should do something like that.

Extending Jimmy to have multiple years of Jimmy/Dray at the 4/5 sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. Not to mention sending multiple picks.

I'd rather Jimmy just opt in next year, take his 52m, then go elsewhere since Curry probably retiring after this contract anyways.

Bigger problem is that it's 125M/year for a jk, Jimmy, and dray frontcourt where all 3 are ideally a 4 and none can shoot. We'd be a worse Phoenix suns.

What about Ingram? Would NOP take Schroder, GP2, Hield, Kevon plus 2025 FRP/SRP for Ingram/Alvarado?

Bingo. Every player the Dubs are linked to is over 35 years old. Are they in the business of acquiring rising talent or fading marquee names?

They probably realize this is their last shot at acquiring anyone with a name. But I feel like this is going to end up like the other trade deadline.

Trades are hard, you need a willing partner. This really might be the best outcome if they’re not looking into cam j or Zion.

The Luka trade just gets stupider and stupider...

Lakers talked Mavericks out of including Dalton Knecht in Luka Dončić trade

https://www.yahoo.com/sports/nba-rumors-lakers-talked-mavericks-194819651.html

Less than 48 hours after the stunning trade of Luka Dončić rocked the NBA, more details have emerged about how the Los Angeles Lakers landed the Dallas Mavericks superstar.

Kirk Goldsberry of The Ringer, speaking on the "Bill Simmons Podcast" on Monday, revealed the Mavericks even left some assets on the table from the Lakers.

"One of my sources inside the Lakers was indicating that the deal was bigger and that there were two firsts, and it was Dalton Knecht, and the deal got whittled down because I think Rob Pelinka was able to convince the Dallas Mavericks that Luka is a lot of risk."

Having to extend both Ingram and kuminga at the same time this off season is a disaster waiting to happen.

Id rather use a protected 1st to get Keon Ellis than alot of these rumors out there.

Kings need a PG and can use some C depth moving forward...

Dennis, Trayce, protected pick for Keon Ellis, Lyles, Doug

Steph, Keon, Wiggins, Dray, Loon with our closing/scoring lineup of Steph, Keon, Wiggins, Kuminga, Dray

Yes, we still need a scorer, but we need to double down on defense first to help out Steph. Moody has consistently been a decent per36 scorer, so just play him more, plus go small with Wiggins/Kuminga/Dray lineups and I'll trust a Steph/Dray offense to figure it out.

If only Kerr had gone with best lineup we've had all season...all season. We saw something so close to a Death lineup last night:

Steph
Moody
Wiggins
Draymond
Looney

Literally that is the starting lineup we should have had all season and you bring in Kuminga for Looney to get a true death lineup. It's so **** obvious Steve. Why in god's green earth did it take more than half the season to get there? So frustrating man. So frustrating. This season might have played out differently.

That works against a team like Orlando who don't have the guards that always blow by Moody and make him unplayable. Most teams have the pieces to exploit Moody's lack of lateral quickness. That's c why they like him at the 3 or 4 spot

New Orleans has a terrible payroll structure. They cannot afford to re-sign Ingram and/or take on Kuminga's extension. Any deal for Ingram would have New Orleans wanting expiring contracts and low cost young players like Moody and/or Podz. Honestly, I view New Orleans as so desperate that I wouldn't offer them any first round picks - Just expiring contracts, Podz and a second round pick. Remember, with Ingram, it's a three month rental with no guarantee that he'll resign with the Dubs.
