I think the only way we get Jimmy is if we agree to a max extension, (not sure we could do that now, not sure if he would believe us if it wasn't officially inked)... and in that scenario I don't really want Jimmy. If we could get him without an extension, try to save this season, and then trade him as an expiring in the summer (with Embiid lol) in a full blow up this summer, I'd be game for that too lol

if a deal happens with GSW, I wouldn't be surprised if we have to eat Hield tho. Wiggins/Kuminga/Hield/Podz (or moody) for PG/Drummond/Jackson. I'd probably do it still but would of course prefer any of their guys (Anderson/GP3) over Hield.

Kuminga is off limits. GS will demand Yabu and Caleb Martin with PG for SLO-MO, Wiggins, Looney, Schroder and Hields plus their Klay trade exception to make the salaries work.

GS is in the driver seat by taking PG off Morey's hands otherwise we will be stuck with a max PG aka Tobias 2.0 for 4 gruesome seasons.

I'll keep "Tobias 2.0" as you say and figure it out later. Someone will think of Paul George as an asset at some point. Could even be the Sixers.

Agree! I was just presenting GS thinking on this if I wad their GM. I doubt they value PG as an asset anymore after his play so fat this season.

KInda like it, ngl. We have a lot of SFs, with Oubre, PG and Caleb. We can put oubre in the SF/PF and slot Grimes as our SG, he seems to shoot well from 3. And maybe we can keep Yabu at PF.

The trade kind of make sense. Ownership probably wants to save money now that the season si dead.

On the other side the team gets younger with Grimes who can cover a spot we need and with a bit of luck we can resign Yabu.

Still I would have moved Oubre instead of Martin, but whatever.

The only problem is next year he´s a RFA, but he fits better here than Caleb, since Justin and Ricky are decent options on the bench as SF too.
