Cavs shot 57.8% from 3 against the Mavs a couple of days ago.

You misunderstand, the double big (in my opinion) is a RS tinkering that he is persisting with...I believe he thinks there may be post season use and is getting plenty of reps and data on results from using it. He is using FAR more this year than previously.

The fact that I our starting unit always seemingly struggles to get it going is a sign of coaching. It is definitely not a sign of having not enough talent.
