Well you still have to respect them. They have pretty much handled every team in the nba this season minus us. You still have to go on the road maybe and beat them.

I think we could honestly sweep them. The Knicks are probably are toughest matchup in the East but still think we win that in 5 or 6.

We shall see. This team needs to go on a run here. Gotta hang on to that second seed at least.

I think we'll win between 55-58 games which should leave as #2 in the East. The one seed isn't important to us. We need to be healthy and the starters need to have a good groove going.

Has Shaq ever picked the Celtics to win a game this season

Doubt it

We won in Cleveland last post season and tonight. We have confidence we can go in there and do it again

19.5/2.5/5.3 on 50/46/86 splits, 69.4% TS%, and 7:1 ast/to ratio in 4 games (4-0). Gonna need that DWhite tonight.

Answer was a resounding yes, esp in that 4th Q.

I want to ask (with the greatest respect/civility) and not targeting any specific poster or posters in this thread why Joe Mazzulla is still on the receiving end of criticism/negative comments.

In today's 3 ball league, 20 point leads are previous generations 10 point margins (they can be erased within a couple of mins with sharp shooting and excellent defence)

We have been grinding out results, despite the team playing not 4 quarters lately, which really is more on the players, not the coach imo

Joe Mazz has the players trust and proven track record, I have his back and unconditional support 100 %

It's very easy to take Joe for granted sometimes IMHO

When the results are not enough to acknowledge that the coach is not a problem then it's as simple as bias or hate.

In a real life scenario, Celtic fans who hate Lebron would never want the Celtics to win a championship with Lebron.

Some said it's better the Cs have no championship than to win a championship with Lebron.

So this is not about coaching, this is about the coach being a not likable guy.

A case of Joe can do no right.

Some hate the guy
Some criticize his in game decisions and game management which hasn't been stellar this season

We have the best talent in the league and we need to look better. Some of it is on the coach. He is crazy and some of his methods are unorthodox so we don't know the whole story. We are just a bunch of guys on a basketball forum venting bad play

Just watching the replay.

Mitchell kicks the ball into the crowd after the dunk and no delay of game. They’ll give Tatum a T for clapping..

Refs are clowns most of the year
The amount of bad calls we get (and don't get on the other side) is atrocious
It is as if the NBA doesn't want us to repeat. JT is not charismatic enough to be the face of the NBA and JB is a troublemaker for the entire NBA org

We just need to play our game and tell them to f*** off

Yeah, I agree.

Not referring to you, but if Joe can do no right then there's something wrong.

I mean if every Celtic loss is Joe's fault...

You be the judge.
