I'll not watch another Suns game if we get Draymond.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

It wasn't working with KD.

He's a poor leader who refused to accept some of his age-induced limitations and was playing on a roster where those limitations were magnified.

Book/Jimmy/KumBucket/Green(PG)/Richards
Beal off the bench

Is it a big stepdown from what we have now...? :dontknow:

Give and take in some areas we'd get better and in others a bit worse. This team would be pretty strong defensively, and somewhat more athletic and physical. But obviously worse offensively. And smaller too. Little 3 or prowess too.

Hard to say if we'd be much better either given Butler's age and Green's decline. But if we are consistent bringing in some young athletic, hungry talent, then we could maybe sustain a 6-8 range team until the talent develops and offers greater impact.

Maybe Draymond and Butler in - Durant and Beal out?

I’m with you. Not only does his attitude suck buttermilk, he’s one of the most overrated players in NBA history. His triple single is the most overpaid in NBA history.
I am such a lucky NBA fan. 8647 My favorite team went from the most greedy and racist owner to the most ego driven dumbass owner in all of sports fdt.

Only a fan of Arizona teams!

Butler/Kuminga/2FRP to the Suns
Nurkic/FRP to the Wizards
KD/Royce to the Warriors
Wiggins/filler to the Heat

Does that work or no? Where does Val end up?

Excited meaning we need a new change because being .500 with them that we have is unacceptable. If KD can net us Draymond, Kuminga, Payton I’ll be happy. Maybe a pick as well? Then possibly get Butler in another trade for Beal and see who else we get for Nurkic. This next few days before deadline will be very interesting.

Only way trading Durant makes sense is if Suns got something worked out to get Ingram a Walmart version of Durant.

Would not work under the new CBA because of the weight discrepancy.

We're probably more balanced on both ends of the court but we do lose that offensive in KD....not that we're very punchy right now as a team though. I dunno, I don't hate the line up but I feel like giving up KD for essentially Kuminga is not great in my view. Will need to see what kind of drat capital is involved although I doubt it's a bounty.

Trading Durant would be a great way to kick start a retool. As good as he is, he is a ticking time bomb at 36 years old.

Booker and Beal is not a bad 1-2 punch at all, with whatever pieces we can get back.

New CBA is pretty strict about how many times you visit the buffet and there are weight restrictions

Rockets just lost in a very embarrassing fashion to the Nets. That kind of stuff might not happen as much if they had a veteran leader like KD around. :D

You forgot to add Butler. No way Ishbia trades KD without some incentive he is getting Butler, Kuminga and Green back. I know I wouldn't. Not sure why Warriors would do this it makes their team worse for the rest of the season. Of course it also benefits them for next season they can retool around KD and Curry.

If this trade goes down than KD must have quietly asked to go back to Warriors as long as Green is the f**k out of there.
