I want to say something really badly but I can't

I'm going to take this to mean he's physically cooked and the Bucks know it.

Got under the 2nd apron. Get a guy who in theory will be able to stay on the floor. Defense is improved. Size is improved. Still have the 31' first. Could simply be a Bobby replacement if we can swing a trade for a starting SF now that we can aggregate.

There's definitely at least one more trade coming. Probably two. Everyone has been reporting for over a month the Bucks are the most aggressive team in the market. With as little wiggle room as we've had, let's see how it shakes out.

How is Patrick Baldwin a better prospect? He has shown nothing at multiple stops? He’s genuinely bad.

That's the point. AJ Johnson has shown less in the G-league than Baldwin has in the NBA.

Getting under the second apron is the prize like some of us figured it would be.

Maybe the team was truly fed up with khris and his injuries and lack of availability. Otherwise, I don't really understand this particular trade

Here are my thoughts.

- Midds is likely more cooked than we think here. I don't think he could've gone 16-28 games in the playoffs and management knew.
- Midds defense was absolutely atrocious, way too slow.
- Kuzma is a big body at 6'9" and they hope he can return to his older form on a new and better team. And maybe even allow Giannis at the 5 (which I don't think he's really that good at).
- AJ Johnson was way too long of a project for us? Who knows, but saved us a FRP.
- Patrick Baldwin will be cut end of the season.
- More trades are coming in.

I'm sad. Khris vs ATL, Khris buzzer beaters vs Celtics and cooking them, the elbow fadeaway vs Phoenix to seal it. Loved Khris but our desire to be friendly with our championship roster has led us to a bad place. He should've been traded a year or two ago.

How's the quality of this year's draft? If we're getting what'll probably be the 1st pick of round 2 that isn't nothing.

I'm pretty sure Johnson was youngest player drafted in 2024. He also needs to add 15 pounds. Your argument makes zero sense.

AJ at least has upside, Baldwin just sucks all around as a prospect

You very clearly haven’t been paying attention to AJ in the G League. 13-4-4 on 43-43 shooting splits? Take a break.

I love Khris but dude was a corpse out there. Kuzma is younger, cheaper and gets them under 2nd apron. I'd assume Bobby will be next.

I have a hard time getting excited about draft compensation these days with the way our drafts have unfolded recently. Horst needs a new scouting department.

Seeing AJ against OKC made me think there's at least a chance he develops
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

That’s a really nice pick.
