I’ve been pounding the table, Khris was a massive liability. The new CBA really limited the teams who could just absorb 35 million.

I’m pissed AJ was in the deal, but not surprised at all.

OK, the '31 is still alive. They know Middleton the best, if he is done physically then this really isn't a bad move (except that AJ is another 1st down the drain).

Got under the 2nd apron, got younger, got a 2nd so now have two if needed for another move to dump Pat. If Kuzma can rehabilitate some of his value from before he can be an asset this summer IMO.

Also, tells you where Khris' value was and how delusional we were thinking he could get you Butler...

KM was always more valuable to the Bucks than any other team. That's why they should have kept him this season to give it one more try.

This trade tells me:

1) Thye weren't enamored with AJJ
2) The owners wanted to get under the second apron more than anything else.
3) They are punting on this season (as am I now) and more moves happening this summer.

Also, I love what Khris did as a player up until this year, but he absolutely **** the Bucks sitting out those first 20+ games while being medically cleared. That only nuked his value more and it was crazy seeing the fans try and spin zone it into a good thing.

He can have his one day contract in a couple years and retire a Buck, but what a sad end to his tenure here.

Since he overlaps quite a bit with Bobby one would think Bobby is on the table now and a good chance something happens with him too. But I've also done no digging into what's going on with him personally that he's been out.

Personally I'd rather go much bigger shake up and get Brook moved too. See what can be done with that 35ish mil

Brook for Claxton? Capela?

Must be more moves and must be for more younger bodies and more athleticism and speed
