These forums have so much recency bias. The amount of Owner hate is off the charts. Let me ask you: Do u prefer Sarver? Remember THAT?

I'd do the KD deal again in a heartbeat, minus a first round pick probably 2 instead of 3. Can't blame owner for trying. It's KD.

But then you realize KD and Book simply can't win playoff games. Hasn't worked for 2+ years? Fine. Respect KD and send him to Warriors as he wishes and load this team up with some dogs. This team is missing DOGS. Beal and Book can score enough, but you need doggggggs to win playoffs. Team has no dogs. But you have a way to fix this...

Bring on BUTLER and DRAY and KUMINGA. KD, Nurk, Allen are probably gone for this to work, but I like having dogs and perhaps a first round pick.

The Team of Dogs!!!

Nick - Mason/Oso
Dray - Kuminga/Dunn
Butler - Oneale/Dunn
Booker - Beal
Jones - Morris

Another Ishbia burner account. I’m so sick of seeing them pop up after he became our owner.

Detroit just adding more young, athletic ammo for a Booker trade IF the rockets try to low ball us when/if we trade Booker at some point?

KD looks gone. He probably requested a trade. I doubt Ishbia will start shopping him with no request. Someone in GB thread wrote he's deleted Suns stuff from IG, no idea if true.

KJ Martin isn't going to make or break any trade of substance other than being used as salary ballast. Detroit just took him for the picks because they can.

For sure man I can see that! And your opinion being noted, I said adding ammo because I'm looking through the lens of what a potential trade premise framework could include because despite clearly not being a centerpiece player in a potential Booker trade, he'd still represent a low-cost filler that could be thrown in on the fringe that just happens to also address some key needs for our roster in much similar context as what Dunns' role has been. Obviously, in any trade, you have your centerpiece player, and then your cumulative value fillers add medial to minimal value depending upon the package framework. and then your sweeteners (picks/specific players thrown in) to accentuate the necessary value to close the deal. KJ Martin wouldn't be a featured inclusion to swing a deal, but it could still be a medial- low-range throw-in due to his athleticism, skillset, and possibly salary. :D

Good.

Wait till the summer and THEN move Durant....and Booker. See what the draft slots hold and make our decision accordingly. Awesome that Houston called. That means they want him and will offer even more for Booker if he becomes available.

I don't expect us to trade KD.

Its a must for our FO to hear offers and what other teams would trade for him BUT obviously we put a superhigh asking price for KD so we will not trade him.

Not sure about who we can get for Nurkic + FRP but that is a much needed trade to improve our defense.

Regarding Butler...it's a long-shot but hopefully we can do it with Beal + picks. At this point I think it's nearly impossible but there are too many hours left.

I agree about waiting on Booker
But not Durant - he is older and signed for just one more year. The value Durant has to a team like GSW is now they can use him for the playoffs this year

Houston and Detroit - two teams mentioned for Booker - are not in the same place as the Warriors.

The exact time to trade Durant is tomorrow. He only loses value this summer.

Don't hate Ishbia the owner
I do think Ishbia the GM has been terrible

How can anybody look at the last two years and think he has done a good job. The Suns were a better TEAM before the Durant trade than they are today. They also had more draft picks, and Mikal was on a great contract, Cam was going to sign his contract for similar - with the new CBA how can anybody say the trade was a success? Its been a failure - you don't trade for Durant to get swept in Round 1

The Suns are missing youth athleticism and players that complement each other

.....um what if that pick leads to Cooper Flagg? Though KD might get them out of the lotto, he would not wanna play there obviously.

Kuzma is going to Milwaukee -- Middleton is going to the Wizards..

There is a trade for Durant out there -- Suns just need to find the right one

I think Scoops source was Flex

Suns are stupid
Who has the "woody" for Butler?

Just want to know. Makes no sense to get that entangled with one player who is 36 years old and doesn't give a damn about winning

Ishbia is going to do something so stupid

He has a Durant trade on a silver platter and he is going to quadruple down on stupid

Ishbia was referring to himself, that was a clever play on words AND the kiss of death! So, there is NO WAY that Matt will trade himself for the legal record.

You can thank Beal for being a selfish prick with his NTC. Ishbia tried to be the nice guy and you see how that turned out.

you can look it up but there's a poll right after the Durant trade where half the board was against it.
