I don’t understand how Booker is “untouchable” with this franchise. He brings a lot of points. Yeah whoopty do. He offers nothing else. He never takes responsibility. He cries when he isn’t selected to the All-Star team which means the whole league doesn’t view he as an All-Star. The only time he does make the All-Star team if there is an injury so he’s not even really an All-Star.

I think we'd actually be pretty exciting if we hadn't done the Ayton/Camara trade for Nurkic/Allen. I know most hate Ayton, but I think Camara and Dunn as young athletic wings makes us more exciting and it would be nice to have a whole team of those guys like OKC does.
I'd much rather have Camara than Grayson or Ayton than Nurkic. I mean all these trades he sucked. I didn't mind the Beal one given we already gave up everyone and all our picks for KD and traded Camara and Ayton for Nurk, because Shamet was awful and Paul was pretty washed, and we had no cap space or ability to get anyone else. But obviously that makes it quite expensive and more difficult to make trades.
Anyway, here we are.
The suns still might make a move or two on the margins
This is good day for the suns not getting that guy

Well he is expiring and said he wouldn't extend. I mean I think he kind of torpedoed is own value, but saying he only wanted the Suns and doing all he did. But in the end it probably works out for GS if they want to keep him. Or they can do a S&T. Suns will probably try all summer to say they are pursuing Jimmy in a S&T while not talking to Beal but knowing he's the only guy that could be moved.
I think it's kind of hilarious that I don't think Ishbia even ever talked to Beal about being traded, and when Beal kept saying he hasn't been approached, or had discussions, but isn't interested in moving his family, KD's name finally popped up because something had to give, right? I mean it backfired a little bit for Ish leading to KD being mentioned in trade rumors to where he had to go tell him he's not getting traded.
Just extended.
Holy crap that is a lot of money.
Wow, well, glad it's not us. He would be better than Beal but they didn't want Beal anyway and at least we save those 3 late first round picks we got for our unprotected 31....so far.
But they could still trade for him. If he starts to decline when he's 37, I'm sure GS will trade him to Phx for an expiring Beal and 3 firsts for Butler's last year.

When the team flops or doesn’t make the playoffs - all bets are off.
What needs to happen is Houston get beat in R1 to show they need Booker

Would love to swing Schroder and Bey to Suns, get Goga for Grayson Allen. Tyus Jones is just too small.

I don't know what has to happen to us for Book and KD to want out. I mean KD is saying he's really happy when we are losing b2b games to Portland. I don't think Ishbia trades either of them unless they want out. So I think we just have to be terrible, which kind of sucks since we all think the smart thing to do is rebuild. It is weird to hope your hometown here asks out, but it would be good for both parties.

I hope so. I hate how people act like we owe Booker or something. This franchise paid him enough money to live 20 lifetimes comfortably. The franchise owes more to the fans than it does Booker. I’m ready to move on from him.

Beal is bout to drop a 50-burger on this OKC roster and show everyone how much he loves the Suns!

I’m so annoyed at this franchise. I’m also annoyed at some of you because you just manifested this sorry excuse of a lineup for another half year.

Can't even begin to describe how much this franchise should move on from this era.

Give it up man. The suns are trending down. Every move with Ishbia directed the franchise in the wrong direction.
A 60+ win team is now struggling to make the play in. Had 3 coaches in 3 years.
No own picks.
Old and overrated stars.
Should have learned from the mistakes others (Nets, Clippers, Lakers (w Nash, Howard, Malone etc.) had done in the past.

Except for when he quit on his team multiple times on the court including very famously against our team in 2006, threw constant public bitch fits, constantly bitched at refs for fouls, played dirty on several occasions, forced a divorce with him and Shaq, caused several dramas with threatening to leave to the Clippers or us, almost forcing a trade to the Bulls, and was **** nothing on his own until Pau Gasol **** landed in his **** lap for absolutely nothing.
Kobe was one of the biggest losers in the history of the sport, and the ballwashing of that guy as some paragon of work ethic, success and personality when he was never, ever, ever his own man and literally his entire existence was predicated on emulating Michael is **** ridiculous. It's infuriating, actually. Still is.

It's fine we didn't go all in for Jimmy. Also fine to not attach the last of our 1sts to move Nurkic. It's one thing if we get actual value in moving Nurkic but who cares about just dumping his contract? It changes nothing for us.
We need to get a leader on this team, and somebody who will light a fire under KDs ass because IMO his nonchalant attitude is the primary driver of this bull 2+ season experiment. Maybe Tucker can if bought out?
I don't know. But I'm tired of outshooting every team and losing because we give up 20+ more shots because our 2 stars chuck the ball all over the court with a ittany of unforced turnovers and refuse to go in and get rebounds. Our centers take a lot of heat but they typically are the only person going for a rebound on this team.
If Book and KD were dialed in and knocked off the turnovers we'd be a top 3 seed in the west right now. It is on them. The types of turnovers are inexcusable, and if it was Tyus Jones making those decisions we'd have cut, traded, or called for his head already. Book and KD have to be accountabe for their BS, and have to be embarassed enough to cahnge it. I don't know what that means. Maybe missing the playoffs is rock bottom for them?

Early summer this year. No draft no playoffs. Everyone can get some good rest.
