w/ Joe Nathan pitching next inning he just did take us out of this game. If we would have went scoreless pressure would be on him , instead smart a** Torre decides let me put WILDTHING at 1 - 1 !!! :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Oh please.....give me a break. He had a bad outing. It happens. That's baseball.

He's our 2nd/3rd best reliever on this team and he's going nowhere.

What kind of a comment is this? Shouldn't the Twins be happy about winning after getting hammered the first two games?

Bad outing? I don't think you've realized he's had way too many of these "bad outings" which in plain terms means that he sucks ass.

He sucks ass? I really don't think so. He had a 4 ERA last year, which is average. I expect better this year.

He's a valuable cog in our bullpen and one bad game isn't going to change that.

People need to realize that setup men aren't going to be Mariano Rivera. Or else they'd be closers somewhere else.

He's been a mediocre reliever since the Yankees signed him. Do you really think eating his contract just to bring in someone who will most likely be worse is a good idea?

before tonight, he gave up only 1 hit in three games. I will take 3 good games out of 4 every time.
