I would still love to move Drummond and Oubre.

But yeah, don't think we are doing anything else.

The Lakers overpaid for Williams, massively underpaid for Doncic. I think Silver gets too much credit here, it feels more like Nike and other tightly connected NBA sponsors and player agents pushing the buttons with Pelinka and Harrison in those GM positions. It's like college sports with the boosters making all the moves behind the scenes. The players grouse a bit about it, but the players also know that their money comes from TV and media and sneaker deals and that keeping the ratings up matters to the salary cap continuing to climb and salaries with it. Silver for the most part can just sit back and allow those forces to feed the Lakers and other big market teams and claim his hands are clean. It's why you can tank via incompetence in a big markets without Silver stepping in or tank outright in a small market and no one cares...but do it in Philly and openly admit it and you get spanked with a Colangelo or two.

Overpay for Williams makes sense. All the owners aren’t going to let them pillage their roster and they desperately need a C.

Im always been high on Mark Williams. Unless he’s not healthy.

This is the Morey I knew and loved in Houston.

Butler is someone that has screamed NBA caliber rotation player for a while now. Sneaky good splits and amazing underlying playmaking metrics.

Likely our second best guard immediately.

Grimes and Butler are two crafty moves --- pending pick details of course.

It's the worst of Thunder, Houston, Clippers pick. So it'll likely be in the mid to late 20's.

I always loved Jared Butler as a prospect. Hoping that first is heavily protected because that's crazy business. I imagine not having a point guard other than Lowry, who is clearly beyond washed, is becoming a clear issue to the team.

Jared Butler, younger with some upside.

Reggie Jackson, 97% washed.

OKC pick next year, 29th or 30th.

So we are waiting on the 2nds. Are they all WSH own 2nds? That could be two or three top 35 picks.

Morey’s probably thought that it’s like trading one 2nd rounder for four 2nd rounders because OKC’s 1st is likely gonna be a very late first.

We essentially traded the 28-30th pick for 2 mid second rounders (45-50th) and 2 high second rounders (31-40th)

How did they overpay for Williams? Williams is actually younger than Knecht. Don't forget that bum needed 5 yrs in college to get good for college level!

You have to factor in Jared Butler is better and more useful than Reggie Jackson as well.

It's a meh trade overall.
