How do you feel about the roster re-tool from 2023 to present?

masai was ready to pivot and re-tool after the 22/23 season as he tried to trade pascal in the summer to atlanta and not overpay for fred. took a few more months to make moves. here are the rosters at the end of that season compared to today.

roster at end of 22/23 season:

starters: fred, og, pascal, scottie, yak
bench: gary, precious, barton, boucher, champagnie, dowtin, flynn, harper jr, koloko, otto, thad

first round picks: 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031
2nd round picks: 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031

roster today:

starters: quickley, rj, ingram, scottie, yak
bench: ochai, battle, boucher, chomche, dick, lawson, mogbo, shead, jakobe, temple

first round picks: 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2031
2nd round picks: 2025, 2028, 2029, 2030, 2nd rounder from heat

overall change:
only 3 players remain: scottie, yak, boucher
picks: same # of frps. added a 2025 srp and another srp from heat. lost 2031 srp.

how do you feel about the re-shaping of the roster in basically 1.5 years?

note: there will be more roster changes so do not evaluate it like it's the final roster. just evaluate it in the changes made and position we are in going forward.

There's a lot of unearned confidence in this current roster composition. Haven't seen much evidence of them being successful on the court. I'll say Incomplete.

this is fair. the roster is in flux and we came into this season expecting a rebuild/tank - and we are still doing it even after the ingram deal. winning takes chemistry and some luck. we simply don't know if this roster will have that yet.

premature shooting his load

why not build through the draft and let the young players organically grow

I do not like it as it stands. I'm not a fan of the fit of our top 4 currently, and we still don't have a real star yet. Not even a single one.
