Just looked at KPJ numbers. WTF? I thought he was hooping this year. I swear I heard he was in the running for sixth man. No wonder they traded him for Marjon. I SHOULDA KNOWN!

He does have some skills that the Bucks need, though.

KPJ was shooting 3s at a good percentage on reasonably high volume the two years prior to his season in Greece. His percentage is so low this season that I refuse to believe it's his new normal.

Dame/Rollins
Trent/Green/KPJ/Andre
Kuzma/Prince
Giannis/Bobby
Brook/Sims

We got slightly better defensively going from Khris to Kuzma
We got more athletic
We got a microwave scorer to help get us through the regular season
We got under the 2nd apron without to do a Phoenix/Utah trade with our 31 1st

Feels very granola. Not exciting, but probably good for us.

We got him for MarJon **** Beauchamp. Don't root for him or whatever. I won't. But posting the same stuff from Google over and over just mucks up the thread.

Like if we totally don't care he did POS things in his past, shouldn't we at least care why he's been passed around the league and traded for Marjon? Besides being a POS off the court, he seems to be a POS teammate as well
Cavaliers general manager Koby Altman noted in a statement that the deal was made with his franchise's "culture and environment" in mind:

"After careful and thoughtful evaluation, we made the very difficult and collective decision to make this trade. Given the culture and environment we have worked to cultivate here in Cleveland, we feel this move is in everyone's best interest. Kevin has a bright career ahead of him as a professional basketball player and, at his core, is a good person. We wish Kevin and his family well in Houston."

.....And that was before he beat his girlfriend

Really think he is a POS and don't like having to cheer for him, but sometimes these massive events in ones life can cause great change. It would not surprise me if he is a really good teammate now that he has been given a 2nd chance. Lots of ulterior motives there but yeah just gotta point that out

Horst should be embarrassed by the roster he's got around Dame and Giannis. I get it takes two to tango in trades but we're two years into this now and we're still stuck with Bobby and Brook as two key rotation pieces. And now we don't have a quality playmaking wing. I look forward to him getting fired in the offseason.

Agree with most of that but Bobby is often pretty damn good.

Well this years trade deadline is done now and I am not confident at all in this teams front office and if these new players come in and suck ass this ownership better be firing everyone. But I will root for my bucks like always and these new players too here’s to hoping they play good and Giannis stays here.

This is a kamikaze move by Horst. He had to do something. If it's an epic fail they will blow it all up and Kuzma will be our tank commander

Wonder if Giannis had any Greek connections that played into this? Or too much of a stretch

Should've kept Khris and picked up LaRavia.

I think Khris today is a significantly better player than Kuzma is today. I don’t think Kuzma is better at anything other than not being broken down. Maybe that’s enough but I don’t think so. KPJ sucks and is a bad teammate, and a worse person.

The roster is worst than it was two days ago even though I understand moves had to be made.
