Bobby and Brook have some value to the right team. But no team was going to give us an equal or better big to replace them. Why would they.

All our guys got old. We just pretended it wasn’t happening

Some were more off than others based on the trade proposals I saw!

We traded 3 duds and got 3 rotation pieces... good stuff...

We didn't Doc-Proof the lineup enough... hope to check these new dudes bury Pat on the bench

Meanwhile half of us here have been jumping up and down yelling and complaining about it for years while we watch the team make moves to get even older (see: Crowder, Jae; Ingles, Joe).

It's been depressing to watch this slip away. Watching games like the Spurs and Grizzlies last week is painful.

Ummmm... we needed a 2nd pg... boom... we needed a 3rd banana that's physically available more often.. boom.. athletic big.. boom.. 2nd apron.. boom ... 4 lingering problems and we have the buyout market..

Be disappointed but hyperbole isn't necessary

Khris was out last regular season and was the best Buck in the playoffs.

Khris at 80% of his best makes the Bucks a threat to win again. No guarantees on his health, but that risk is better than having no chance to win it.

This was a money decision. If Horst says this move was to make the Bucks better, then he should be fired before he finishes the sentence.

Khris could pass and shoot efficiently at a high level. Kuzma can't do any of that.

This idolatry of athleticism is ridiculous. This isn't track and field. Playoffs are a half court game.

I still find it hard to believe we couldn’t have just dumped Pat to get under the second apron.

We’re entering the finals stages of Cavs 2010 territory here.

Because he's a 3 and D player that's bad at both... other teams already have younger, better versions

We needed good players, and none of them are good players. KPJ might have some fun stretches, but his volatility is a challenge.

Kuzma is not a 3rd banana, he's Bobby with a different build.

Agree with all of this except the bolded part. This wasn't about saving money. Our owners spend big and we are still way over the cap. Reducing payroll under the second apron gives us some flexibility this summer (and makes sure our '31 pick remains unfrozen). So reducing payroll a bit did save money but saving money wasn't the objective.

Our 32 pick could be frozen, but not 31. Not a big deal for 32 to be frozen, as we would trade 31 anyway.

You're right, 32
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Ryan Rollins has by all objective means been a vastly better basketball player than Kevin Porter Jr. this season. I just can’t talk myself into this, man. When we talk about the definition of a “loser energy” player, KPJ and Kuzma are two of the guys that would have instantly popped in my head.

That was probably the idea until they found out it would take the '31 1st to do it.

I don't believe this at all.. I think km ignored plays and just called for the ball and did what he wanted.. kuzma is nothing like that. Km didn't do anything at all on D. .. that's coach and lockerroom killer stuff... if kuzma even can bend his knees we are way better now

Yes, this. Sidy is an athletic point forward for those unfamiliar work him. If he develops, he's exactly what we've needed forever.

With more veterans on the 15, we should now go with younger 2 way guys. Who you got for a center Badgerlander?

Really surprised and disappointed that we didn't make another significant move with some type of Brook/Bobby/Pat combo.

I just hope Porter plays well enough that he'll decline his option.

I'm a firm believer in second chances. Dudes deserve them, especially if they serve their time and make amends. I was okay giving Meyers Leonard that second chance because I think he actually made a teachable lapse in judgment and strived to learn from the Jewish community.

KPJ has never really taken responsibility for his actions, has done no payback to society, and is a me-first player on a team where he shouldn't ever be the me-first option. Seems like trading for a guy who plays like the worst tendencies that Bobby has. Not excited about picking him up and seeing him in a Bucks uniform. Like trading for Ruben Patterson, just to give your team a villain.

KM was the one that executed the plays, hence all the assists while limiting his turnovers. Kuzma will be really slow on D at SF, but not a huge factor because teams will always attack Dame 1st anyway.

We're back to being a really poor passing team. It's mind boggling they surround Giannis with poor passers year after year

Every video I see, Kuzma looks 10x more switched on on D then I've seen from KM in 8 years.
