We had the option of 3 or 4 years didn’t we? I guess Battle wanted the shorter term given his age to reach RFA status earlier.

I love me some Battle, hes a true sharpshooter, he competes along with good bball IQ.

He will deserve more minutes eventually, same thing goes for Walter but i do wonder how they will get some with BI, RJ, Dick and Ochai ahead of them.

It’s always a minimum salary for these type of things, the 2way has such little leverage.

Every team should have a reliable bench shooter or be developing one.

Orlando Robinson taking Battle's open 2-way spot is probably next.

The last open spot they'll keep open for cycling 10-days, and PJ Tucker's buyout might have to wait until March 1 at the latest.
