Yes, he has been doing this throughout the whole process. His Camp has been on social media spreading all these rumors throughout the whole time while Butler has been saying he has no idea whats going on. They started this whole hit piece on Riley for over a year now.

Riley and Arison wasnt angry for no damn reason. The whole "unhingded" "crying" and "Butler said it to Riley face", keywords is to stoke up flames by his Media team.

It reads like some gossipy teenage girl drama. For all the tough man act Jimmy has displayed at times on the court, never thought he would act like an emo girl on his way out. Im glad we have closed that chapter.

I wanted us to explore trades for him before the season began because I just felt he was finished / declining, and this is a business in the end. He sure proved me right, he took a few steps back this season. Not as explosive, slower, lazier on defense, took more plays off than usual.

he thinks we forgot? Originally, Butler wanted to stay in Miami.. it was only after miami didn't like the price tag, that this whole tantrum began

it was always about the $

Reminds me of the quote :

"If she cheats on someone to be with you.... you ain't special. She'll do it to you too."

(Look at Butler's history)

lol it didn't surprise me, if you ever watch any behind the scenes Jimmy stuff he's very much become hollywood, kinda like Wade did at some point. I don't know how they get ahold of these guys but something in them changes and its just... weird.

Yeah they have like a bunch of young guards already and no roster space. Most notably Isiah Collier. Some of these guys get lost in the shuffle

Collier looking good lately for the Jazz, too. Averaging 8.5 assists per game over the last 15 games to go along with 11.5 PTS at 45.8% FG, 27.3% 3PT, 78.3% FT, 3.9 REB, 0.8 STL, 3.2 TO.

3 ball will remain the swing skill but dude can get in the paint and playmake. Absolutely no regrets with our draft but Collier was one of my guys

I'm not sure if this makes KLove more or less of a dork.

I’m always curious to see how the top high school players from their class who are like consensus top 3 picks preseason but fall off during the year pan out. In recent memory Collier was the best player from their class and was thought to be the 1st pick preseason but fell, Maxey was a lock for top 3 but fell off which was obviously wrong. Bol Bol is one recently that fell off and didn’t pan out

Message from management:

We sincerely apologize for the forum outages this week. This has been a frustrating few days where we had a brief outage on Wednesday and then a total outage for several hours at the trade deadline. Of all days to have an outage, this is obviously one of the worst, especially right as the trade deadline is wrapping and everyone wants to discuss it.

Our server host had issues with the increased demand and the alarms in place to fix it did not reach them for several hours. We were scrambling behind the scenes to bring them back live, but it took entirely too long for it to be fixed. More importantly, it shouldn't go down at all. This was a common occurrence at the trade deadline and draft approximately 20 years ago, but we've taken a number of steps to improve site performance over the years and it hasn't happened recently. We thought the forums could withstand the traffic, but we were clearly wrong.

Better defender, but otherwise similar blend of skills on offense I agree. Hopefully he has a good stretch from 3 for us.

TBH gonna be tricky to find minutes in frontcourt rotation for him, but maybe he's largely at SF. Depth begets a bit of a minutes crunch.

He might press JJJ for minutes if he keeps making boneheaded plays and turning over the ball. Think he’ll overtake Love as the small ball 5 and work in some minutes with the bigs when Jovic needs a breather. Don’t think you can small ball 5 him with Jovic though. He’s really a nice insurance policy more than anything else.

The thing is Bam is the smallball 5. And hes probably best in the NBA at that unless the priority is going 5 out.

Agreed so maybe it’s best to view the front court rotation as

C Bam Abebayo C Kelel Ware
PF Niko Jovic PF Kyle Anderson

Of course Adebayo and Ware start with Jovic staggering them. In most lineup variations when Jovic needs a breather or in some foul trouble you have another connector in Anderson as a pass threat from the 4 spot with either of the bigs.
