I'm better than Shamet. OK, maybe not, but I'll bet some of the posters on this board are. :D :D :D

Mitch or Achiuwa starting is really the only way to get them to the minutes they should get without having Mitch/Achiuwa lineups which I am vehemently opposed to.
I can't see Mitch starting right away so it would be have to be Achiuwa.

But I find it really hard to put Josh on the bench right now. His secondary creation has been massive for the starting lineup. OG to the bench?

Otherwise, if the starting lineup stayed the same, I'd like that Achuiwa comes in for Towns at the 5 min mark. Mitch and Towns come in to start the second quarter. But thats not nearly enough minutes.

That's the million dollar question. Do they want to sacrifice the starting 5 for more balance and fewer minutes played. The time to experiment with that is during the season.

I'm pretty sure Thibs won't do it, but I think they should. Look at how Cleveland turned their team around by figuring out how to share playing time and stretching the lineup. They're a completely different team this year.

Maybe next year, or in 2 years, Dadiet could be scoring off the bench, but he's not there yet. I think starting Precious is probably the easiest switch, and benching Hart, and keep everyone fresh that way.

Mitch can sub in for precious or for KAT if KAT has early foul trouble. Hart can sub in for Precious when Mitch subs in for KAT.

The Knicks had interest in Yabusele, so with that in mind I'd look at Larry Nance if he's bought out. He's shooting 45% from three on 3 attempts per game this season, he's a tweener but just having another 4 wouldn't be a bad idea.

A tweener? I thought he was around 6'10"? Just checked 6'8" - just the size we have none of but Precious. :)

We need a sign like at an amusement park ride, only with a line drawn at 6'7 that reads , you must be this tall to sign.

His father Larry Senior was 6'10. If only we could magically have him in his prime. Underrated great player.

Well, the Knicks need one of those, since they insisted on exchanging their 5th center for their 5th PG instead of doing something crazy like adding a wing taller than 6'4"

Chuma or TJ Burks

As I've said, I'd take Cam Reddish ... but Thibs won't. It's TAJ or nuttin' :banghead:

Draft is definitely about branding too. People still think Collin Sexton is a great defender and hustles a lot cause of his hair and him slapping the floor a few times.

Obi Toppin is one of those, too, I'm afraid to say.

Hopefully he can come back next offseason on the cheap.

You really love some Bogey if you want him back next season at the age of 36/37 after that first performance and missing the entire season so far. I feel like there is a good chance he is out of the league or retired by next season.

I think he'd make a great 8th or 9th guy off the bench, and he's got the size to play SF/PF and he can score in bunches as we saw last year once he finally got comfortable. I just find him intriguing as a coming off the bench scorer. He was a big reason we won game 1 against Sixers last year when he came off the bench scoring to help us.

TJ Warren has proven he can play in the league so he's got to be the guy. Cut Toppin or Ryan.
