We could get Gafford/Lively and two first round picks, Klay for salary.

They get to pseudo-contend with AD/KD (Kyrie is GONE).

Run with

(Point Guard or Jones)
Booker
Allen
Dunn
Lively

Bench: Tyus Jones, Beal, Klay, Gafford

Mavs are not a good trading partner for Suns at all.

Why not?

They have a glut of capable big men, we have almost none.

And Nico is beyond dumb and full of himself, tries to "outside of the box" everything.

AND Kyrie is 100% walking away this summer, they'll be desperate for star power.

Kidd and Durant have a good relationship from Team USAA.

WEll, first game for the Anthony Davis - hurt himself - still to be determined the severity

So if the Mavs don't do as well - maybe they want Durant to help carry the load since AD has some injury history as much as they want him to play the 4 with Gafford and Lively at the 5

Irving can opt out - -probably will be I can see them signing him back to a longer deal

I don't think Dallas is a No yet for trading for KD - see how the season ends
Thats the Suns best hope -- some teams crash and burn in the playoffs and they need a Durant and Booker

Dallas won't be going far, trust me.

AD and Irving never did anything in their primes with their own teams, neither of them are first options, both are injury prone.

They'll play well for the next 4-5 games but soon they're gonna see their offense take a nose-dive.

I don't know. They looked very good today. I think Naji Marshall is criminally underrated. Max Christie is solid too. Then they are loaded with 4s and 5s who can defend.

Health is the main thing

Even their end of rotation guys like Dinwiddie and Exum are decent.

Are they giving us Kyrie or AD? There’s nothing else.

That sucks. Nico probably shouldn't stay at his house tonight lol. Those fans can get crazy

Nico is pretty much a goner. He keeps getting death threats it’s only a matter of time until someone takes him out. I give him a week to two to live.

Lol. Harsh.

I don't agree with that kind of stuff, but honestly...it WAS that wild of a trade.

Mark Williams career is over I suppose.

They should waive him and he should sign here and get revenge on the Lakers for the next 15 years

Trades sometimes don't go through because of physicals.

Probably found a better trade and then said he failed his physical.

This is an insane take. AD is a top 5 player in the league (with the caveat being that he's healthy, which he has been recently). He'll be a great fit with Kyrie - who is insane, but also showed he could win a finals game on his own. We already know Klay is a good fit around high usage players. They really just defense and hustle at the other positions and they've got a decent chance of making it out of the west.

Should we break the news to the Lakers that the deadline just passed?

Mavs will go further than the Lakers. you put Lakers vs Mavs in playoffs with both sides healthy. Mavs win in 6

Buyout Suns should go after Kyle Anderson or Bones Hyland or Chris Boucher or Mo Bamba

Return to Phoenix Suns
