What's the theory on why we waived him instead of Tucker? If we brought him back on a minimum it could have been a potential steal. He's still young and he had a freak injury.

tucker will be waived as well, tuckers agent is probably trying to find a destination before agreeing to a buyout(discount) otherwise the raptors will release(no discount) him.
by waiting a couple of days raptors can save couple of hundred thousand by the offset.

So we got cash and savings from this deal. It seems like we might look to buy a 2nd in the draft? What's the benefit of getting cash? Can richer owners throw as much money as they want for these? That doesn't sound equal franchise to franchise.

Wiseman has shown he sucks pretty badly. I would have taken him as a 3rd big maybe but no real hopes.

Once again, I'll answer the question : "How hard is it to believe the Warriors only want to trade Wiseman because of Steph Curry?"
Extremely.
The fact that he was just bought out hopefully ends any delusions the he's only 22, now a year and a half older camp still habours. Now that 3 more teams said he's hopeless, do you still think it's appropriate to use the "potential" moniker?
