The beat writer from The Atlantic was say just the other day he wouldn’t play at all this year, very interesting timing for that not to be the case lol

James Edwards is such a massive downgrade from Fred Katz. He was on Knicks fan tv like a day or 2 ago saying Mitch wasn’t sprinting and then the next day Thibs was like Mitch is running and jumping. So he’s 0/2 on things he’s said this week.

So what's the story on Moses Brown? Why couldn't he step in as a backup center for us? Is Hukporti better; if so, in what ways?

Moses puts up good numbers, but I find it hard to believe that he's the answer when no teams have offered him a real contract. Some has to be amiss. Not sure what though. I haven't watched much of him.

The New York Knicks G-League squad in Westchester saw one of their players sign with a different NBA team following Thursday’s trade deadline. ESPN’s Shams Charania reported that Chuma Okeke signed a 10-day contract with the Philadelphia 76ers.

I mean, I watched his 20-20 NBA half in real time. He was something like 19pts-20rb in the first half.

He could certainly be an NBA player.

Here's some G-league highlights

But ... this is 7'2" with a decent feel for the game, but little in the way of either outside or post moves and light as a feather. I am a believer that either he could figure out a way to be somewhat stable in the post - KP-level - or some team can figure that out for him. He does intimidate shots in the paint ... there is good stuff he does that isn't in the box-score. However, the chances of Thibs using him are zero.

Whereas I think that Hukporti could be a Thibs rotation player - if, eg, he's prepared to play Taj under some circumstances.
