Lakers better take note. Do not rush Luka back. He's got a real chronic issue with that left calf.

Yeah he was supposed to play Saturday but they changed it to Monday. I wish they’d just wait until after the All Star break.

Man...the Lakers FO really ended Nico's career. I mean, it should have been ended after he effed up the Steph Curry negotiations for Nike but you know...

Damn, I hope the Lakers do the right thing and hire Nico in a few months, cause there's no way he's getting a job elsewhere

People should be fired for this.

Anybody who's played with a strain not fully recovered knows how that feels like. You can feel great and healthy but all it takes is one twitch move to re-aggravate it.

Happened to me multiple times playing soccer. That was the hammy though.

Wait did AD have this same injury when he was on the Lakers? Is this why he was out?

AD misses 7 games and because of AS break returns in March with 3 weeks rest.

No biggie

Giga Brain Nico:

1) trade for injury prone star

2) miss playoffs

3) win lottery and land next great white hope

4) profit

Nico always 2 steps ahead.

7 games is definitely not "no biggie" when you're only 1.5 games ahead of the 11 seed and being out of the play-in entirely.

They said he decided on his own to heal to 100% this time. So i'm pretty sure he's more than ready to play. A ton of people don't know that he didn't have this much rest since before last season when they missed playoffs.

Fraud or incompetence?

He's gonna go down like Billy King as one of the worst GM's ever although, like King, he was just doing the bidding of ownership.

Yes he did. But there were conflicting reports. Some said he was coming back soon and a bunch of other reports said the recovery was taking longer than what was initially said.

When you have reports that go against each other like that best take caution and do a complete check on the strain.

These idiots knew he was injured. Dallas that is. They knew he wasn't ready and played him anyway.

All these people saying they aren't shocked and AD is injury prone. He was already injured ffs. Anybody would have gotten it re-aggravated. You dont play with a recovering strain it's idiotic.

Only way i'd say it's even acceptable to play him on a recovering strain is Game 7 finals.

Thats literally it. Anything else is a fire able offense.
