I wish Hauser got the occasional start, instead of the double big. He meshes better organically with our starting unit.

Sam started 7 games this season.

The double big just has a bigger impact on defense.

Against Cavs and Knicks, the double big resulted in poor shooting in the 1st qtr. by those 2 opponents because they got smothered in the paint.

Double big starting again.

Ime Udoka used a double big lineup in 2022.

That season the Celtics were a great defensive team.

I think the double big is the way to go.

The rim protection is just better.

Both teams are shooting awfully bad and getting offensive rebounds. The difference is Cavs are making their putbacks, but Wolves have been missing even them! :lol:

I thought it was a glitch.

I've never seen an NBA game that went scoreless for the first 7 minutes of the 1st qtr.

Scal just asked Joe about the double big.

Joe said it's about defensive versatility.

Scal also confirmed Heat now going double big with Bam and Ware.
