So I'll ask it now...what possible packages could we have received for Luka if Nico would have done it the right way?
Like what kind of package could we have gotten from the Pacers?
Or
Could Giannis have been a possibility?

For basketball resons, Bucks would say yes instantly, but I'm not sure they'd do it for tje fans, not everyone is a heartless scumbag
Housron package for example:
Jabari Smith
Reed Sheppard
Jalen Green
Cam Whitmore
Suns 25, 27 and 29
Mavs 29 1st back

AD is a better player than this package, but this at least gives you 2 year window to rebuild and have cazy good young core.

AD is soft as yogurt, Lakers will not resign him.
His high value is on the paper. Not on the court.

Someone has to pay for this bull****.

I think your brain has gone soft as yogurt lately. Look this has been a tough time for everyone here but you´re ve been posting deluded fictional stuff the last days.
He played twice as many games as Luka this season and 76/81 last season and the Lakers gave him two extensions over the years, the last one 1.5 years ago.
As much as I´d rather have Luka back you´re just posting utter **** at this point.

I don't know, but you have to understand that AD would be pretty useless for Lakers after LB being retired. My guess is they would have traded him for way less than they did.

https://bleacherreport.com/articles/10153216-report-lakers-didnt-plan-to-sign-anthony-davis-to-new-contract-amid-trade-decision

Nico could have easily traded for him in summer 26 without including Luka. Or he could have try to get Giannis in 27. Now Giannis in LA in 27 is very possible. LA with huge cap room and Giannis wanting to win another ring. Nico didn't just **** Mavs, he **** entire league.

Man are you really arguing about 32yo day-to-Davis ability to stay healthy?

And yes, Lakers would never resign him... They told it months ago.

Try to stay focused, you seem a little bit confused

Nico has been here less than 4 years and he has nearly clensed this roster of the players Donnie acquired.
The only player on the roster Donnie acquired is Powell.

I would have never done this trade in this or the next 3 lifetimes but that doesn´t change the fact that our friend here is in dire need of a mental healthcare institution and is posting non factual gibberish.

AD may finish his career with the Mavs.

Anthony Davis plans to sign an extension with the Dallas Mavericks, sources tell ESPN. Davis, who had concerns about the long-term future of the Los Angeles Lakers, is on the same age timeline as Kyrie Irving. Davis was the first overall pick in 2012 one year after Irving went first in 2011.

Nico Harrison worked closely with Davis when he was his brand manager at Nike. The Mavericks also employ one of the best center tandems in the NBA in Daniel Gafford and Dereck Lively. Davis has gone on record multiple times indicating his preference to play power forward.

I thought he was signed for a couple more years so he's talking about the extension after that, which would mean that it would kick in when he's 34 or 35?

He's getting the money they didn't want to give to Luka.

So those idiots didn't want to pay Luka super max but they will resign a 34yo made of yogurt Anthony Davis.
Insane.

I hope Nico and Dumont will be out of Dallas very soon... God takes care of them.
They are ready for your beautiful garden

Why extend AD right now? The guy is already signed until the 27-28 season. Let him earn it.

I am not completely of the board that Milwaukee wouldn't have done Giannis Luka 1-1.

Everything from San Antonio except wemby

I can't do this further. This makes me angry what we could've gotten
Yes, I doubt Milwaukee moved Giannis for Luka.

If only all of the teams knew Luka waa being shopped.

You don't claim you're afraid to supermax 25 y/o but extend 32 y/o into his age 36 season with extensive injury history.
The beef with Luka was personal and Nico is a terrible GM, he needs to be removed before he destroys the franchise more.

Mavs situation right now :

-25yo generation talent dumped for a 32yo made of yogurt and a nice prospect.
-No man's land roster.
-stucked with a mediocre to bad coach
-stucked with a sold GM
-stucked with a fat richest (not self made) president who loves to talk about hard workers.
-stucked with a gamblers owners waiting for move the franchise to Vegas if Texas will not legalize casinò.

What could be worse? World War III? A nuclear bomb to Dallas?

People wanted Donnie and Cuban outta here and they got their wish.

Be careful what you wish for. They wouldn't even thought about trading a top 3 player for anyone.

Trading Luka reminds me of when we traded Kidd but i think the fallout from this will be even worse.
God the thought of the 90s again is so damn sickening right now and to think ownership and management is worse so any rebuild strategy and effort has about a zero chance of being successful.

You are right, i was on of those. No problem on ask it.

But here we are talking about connections extra basketball and sports fraud.

They made a Finals team and then sold it for some pay back. It's over stupidity.

I would swear I saw a tweet on Mavs Nation facebook page, someone posted. Nevertheless, him not coming to the press zone tells me that he’s about to quit.

He just signed a hefty extention doubt he quit, but then again, maybe long term for his career, he better distance himself from this decision and wash his hands off it.
