Hey, ease up on my young cheap 3 and D role players while they are still developing. I'm trying to resist pulling up this year's on-off numbers to slander your guy Hart's impact this year :D The Knicks are in no position to be turning their nose up at any quality rotational player.

had to sneak in that "while they are still developing" cause the 3 and D has been rough lately. and slandering jHart to take the focus off deuce having a bad year is nasty work. i like deuce and hope he can get right. it's just frustrating that we don't have a consistent solid rook - ever. I get that players go in slumps or get injured but it seems fairly extreme with us.

Young players are going to be inconsistent but it's hard for me to knock guys like McBride and Grimes when they still give consistent defensive effort and space the floor even when they are struggling. This team has so many guys that either don't defend or can't shoot or are average to below average at both that I can deal with a little inconsistency of guys that are capable of doing both. They aren't exciting players but they are the type of players every team can use.

Hart is also a pretty inconsistent player as far as his shooting, defensive impact and decision making. It's just interesting how different narratives develop for different players but sometimes the numbers don't matchup.

Because Naz doesn't have a backup, and you left out that Edwards was out in a game they lost. Die on what hill? My Knicks have 2 all-star starters.

Nah, it’s because Naz ain’t like that. Got bitched by Evan Mobley last night  and they won a game without Ant.

Didn’t you say you were only going to come in here to slander sham and you weren’t going to slander Randle anymore?

I thought NET rating mattered to you, you were using it an awful lot to try and down talk an all-star starter previously.

Speaking the truth isn't slander, it's simply the truth. Also, I'm seeing you go back on your KAT statements, slandering him every chance you get. I know what you're trying to do

This is true, no matter what is said, so long as it's true it is not slander

But especially on here, because slander is spoken. In print, it's libel.

Team records do matter, the Wolves are worse than they were last year, and our record with Randle in his career was 166-164. I don't respect a 6 game sample size, that isn't even halfway to the amount of games the vaunted Jan 2024 Knicks have played. The records always mattered which is why I wanted him gone, and why we have our best record in ages, these aren't coincidences. Let history show I am vindicated, a free man that the sands of time have proven to be just and innocent.

Like DOT pointed out, I'd be libel since this is print, therefore the slander charge doesn't stick. I simply spoke truth and pointed out that Naz Reid's net rating was much better and has been all season, these are facts. I truthfully don't keep up with the Wolves, because we have an all-star starting big man on our team which we haven't had since Amare, truly blessed. One who I am noticing you don't seem to have an appreciation for.

Took a look at Shamet's stats. Anyone know why the big falloff since leaving Phoenix? Injuries? He used to be a good 3pt shooter. Now not so much.

He is just fine at shooting. Playing for the Suns, he had a good team around him. Wizards are a trash team, so his opportunities are not as clean.

Hard for a shooter to get his rhythm for us right now with sporadic playing time. We just saw today, he gets warm, he can shoot.

I noticed he hits a lot of his shots in rhythm. Coming off curls and catch and shoot. We stand him in the corner. Just an observation from his highlight clips. Thibs doesn't care how players get points at all. Just let the game tell you what to do. That doesn't help players get into their groove and there is zero consistency getting players the ball in their spots. It's why we lose games if we don't hit shots because he does nothing to help generate points and get players into a rhythm. Just like his defense sucks if the opponent is lights out from 3. People wonder how Thibs can limit a teams ceiling? There it is in a nutshell. His maniacal minutes are the other way he hurts the team at times.
