I highly doubt that. It's nice to dream though

I could see Detroit, LAL, and Denver all preferring Tyus to their current backup PGs. But you’re probably much smarter than me so I’ll go back to dreaming.

KD putting up numbers is exactly what needs to keep happening. Priority #1.

The way he works is if you let him dominate the ball to run an efficient offense. LA isn't going to do that with Bron and Luka. Denver don't need that with Jokic and Jamal and Detroit already has Cade and Ivey running the show. So they aren't realistically giving up draft value for a guy who's going back on the market in like 2 months and they don't have any advantage in retaining him without any bird rights either.

I appreciate all the energy you’ve put into responding to a throwaway post. Ivey is out for the year which is why Detroit picked up Schroder at the last minute. They’ve been desperate for someone to take the load off Cade.

This was a pretty good game for 3 quarters, I would say that a perfect game with all our roles played having good games and KD having a MONSTER game.

Then to start the 4th quarter Sheppard cut the lead to 5 with a 3p shot and step by step they got us. They are a really physical team and they get away with too many pushes, grabs and all of that...they know that refs aren't gonna call everything.

I like Gillespie and I believe that he deserves a roster spot. I would play him always over Monte or TyTy.

Regarding Tyus Jones...he can’t handle THAT much. He is a premier backup PG in the league but as a starter he is mediocre at best and without Beal, Book and Allen he needed to create more on this one and couldn't handle the pressure on him.

KD was simply amazing. They were all over him and didn't matter at all. He played with energy, passion and made some ridiculous shots. He was +5 and he played 42 minutes, those minutes without him were the key factor in the game.

Now a full week of rest until the next one.

Wish I had time to sink into that game.

It's definitely a time commitment. And a bit slow so hard to play after I get off work and am tired, but the game itself is great. Played like 60 hours of the first one and never finished. I'm like 20 hours into this one. Gonna finish it for sure, but I still haven't even done any of the main story lol. Definitely worth finding the time for though!

KD with a master class. Bol Bol looking good (mostly). TyTy looking better. Even Gillespie. Played pretty well, but KD kept us in there.

Those turnovers, though, just turrible.

Fun game. Tough loss.
When NBA talent can't do basic things like not throw the ball right to the other team over and over, or look for a body to box out, or worse yet, talk on the court, this is what you get. Fortunately, this was easier to swallow because we already know our team is very low IQ and this was expected.

As long as Ishbia trades him ... keep showing the rest of the league that he is still an elite scorer and for the right team, the player to put them over the top

KG really makes a good point here! Booker is best served (optimized really) by being that "killer" shooting guard who just buries other teams with his elite scoring. The whole "point Book" premise is really a disservice to him and the team because it minimizes his natural elite scoring gifts as he looks to pass scoring possessions to lesser offensive options, almost taking him completely out of his scoring element which consequently also makes him much less of a threat to opposing defenses when he's not really looking to score dominantly.

Booker needs to stay at the two and be our nuclear-scoring assassin! And we need a legit point guard (ala Chris Paul archetype) to st everyone up in their optimal positions. :D

Absolutely. Booker is 100% a SG. His whole game is pure SG. And at the absolute prime of his career they try to play him out of position. Just completely idiotic.

While I did not like the trade for KD, the thing that sunk this team were the ones for Beal and Nurkic.

How much better would we be with Ayton at the 5 and someone else other than Beal? That could have been either CP3 or anyone else except for Tyus Jones or Bradley Beal.

Whowould you prefer as our Center? Ayton, Nurkic, Richards or Plumlee

Our new owner has basically destroyed both the Center and point guard positions while not shoring up what still remains a weakness, the 4 and 3. That is when KD is not on the floor.

I doubt any coach could succeed with this roster. It is basically 2 against 5 and I am not a fan of Bud.
"Oh I wish the days of Monty and CP3, or the days of Mike and Steve Nash were here instead of this mess. Ish please go away! .

This is why, much to the dismay and disagreement of others, going after Butler and placing him in the SF slot to move Booker back to SG was the smart play. But since Beal wasn't having anything and reportedly no one from the team ever approached him about waiving the NTC he possesses which barred him from being moved, here we are. And doomed we shall remain until that dude is off our payroll.

I'm not saying getting Butler was the best move, but it would have certainly changed the dynamics for the better. We need to get Booker back to SG and stop messing around with this "positionless basketball" crap.

Used to love pouring hours and hours into these types of RPGs. I might have over 500hrs across the Fallout and Elder Scrolls game. I just don't have time for that anymore, which sucks.

I never played the 1st KCD but would've liked to have given this a go. Maybe when it's in the bargain bin, I'll give it a go

I think Tyus takes a lot of blame for those absolutely amateurish attempts to get the ball to KD but I think coaching needs to take a fair chunk of that blame as well. Like if our only offense is via getting the ball to KD for him to go to work and there's no other actions being run to get him to the ball any other way, that's problematic

Yeah this evolution in Book's game is frustrating. Like if you're going to be PG, be a Harden like PG, don't try to be a CP3/Nash type of pure point.
