A few reports mention Nance Jr as a candidate. He'd be a good fit.

Is he healthy?

Olynk would help a lot, he is a really good shooter and moves into space well. If Posts shot is off having another center who can hit shots would be huge.

Middleton if he gets bought out would also be good, he is a bigger guy who has shot the outside shot well. I don't mind the idea of him hitting some tough shots at forward.

KO would be good unless buddy becomes a 50% shooter again. I'm not sure I trust post in the playoffs yet.

Olnyk still has another year left on his deal. Doubt he gets bought out. Buyout players tend to be expirings. Brown wouldn't be bad, but he likely goes back to Denver imo

Nuggets cant get him since they're above the 1st apron and Bruce Brown made over 12.8 million dollars this year... above first apron teams can't sign players who made over 12.8 million dollars in their current contract this season

I don't mind Brodgon as backup PG. His corner 3 is 40%, so his service will be useful too.

ESPN ranked him as top buyout candidate FA.

When are any of these pending buyouts supposed to happen? Anyone? The only buyout I've seen so far is Simmons to the Clippers.

Here's an article I just read about Warriors being interested in Lonnie Walker IV. Would be a boost for sure and who knows he might wind up starting.

Here's also an article on Brogdon and the Warriors. Don't think he'll be bought out though.

Walker IV is really bad player. He is playling like p.o.s. in Kaunas and I saw every game of him in Euroleague. My Zalgiris started season with 7W/1L and then we got Walker IV. The hype went through the roof. Zalgiris had only one goal - Final4. Since then team has 6W-13L record and has no real chance to get in into PlayIn. Season is over!

Zalgiris with Walker -6.7nrtg
Zalgiris w/o Walker +1.2nrtg

And everyone talked that he is the best player in EL by far (Maybe Nunn was in converstion)

Brogdon would be an awesome fit. What we could offer him is a starting spot, would form a really high bball IQ starting lineup.

Brogdon can shoot, pass, handle, guard 1-3.

With Hield it's a guess on a nightly if the shot will fall, if it doesn't he doesn't bring much other than the threat to put it up automatically. Also with Hield it's so matchup dependent that he can defend his guy. At least Brogdon you like him defensively, he is craftier getting to the cup, can handle the ball and make good passes.

Brogdon is a good enough all around player you start to wonder if they can get into a WCF series.

Len just signed with the lakers, I'm sure he would rather join LA and the starting spot they almost certainly have for him but I would have liked to see him in GS. Not just because he's Ukrainian, but also because he kills the dubs when he got playing time for Sac.

I'd take a shot at Wendell Moore or Jaden Springer if Bruce Brown or Malcolm Brogdon don't get bought out
Most 4th Quarter Points in Final since 1991
1995 Shaquille O'Neal 11.5
2000 Shaquille O'Neal 11.5 (61.1% TS)
2015 Stephen Curry 10.8 (75.1% TS)
1997 Michael Jordan 10.7 (55.1% TS)
1998 Michael Jordan 10.6 (50.6% TS)
2011 Dirk Nowitzki 10.3 (68.0% TS)

I read the NO wants to keep Brown and try to resign him.

Brogdon is most likely to be bought out because Smart and Middleton not expiring. Hope he wants to be a Dubb. The sad part is every buyout player wants to play for the Fakers or the Clips. :banghead:

Another big forward for the roster. I wish we had Beekman available to convert. Any other excellent defensive guards available?
