If by manipulating you meant intentionally dropping from 10 to 12 when there was no lottery...yeah I did it. And I took Wiseman so the guys who were 'robbed' of a higher pick should kiss my ass.

If you meant paying a dude off to try to get to the playoffs, yeah I did it(didn't work in the end so nothing was actually manipulated).
