This is from the Washington Post....
"President Trump on Tuesday signed an executive order declaring that only the attorney general or the president, instead of federal regulators or bureaucrats, can speak for the U.S. when interpreting the meaning of laws carried out by the executive branch."

Sure, that won’t have an impact on income tax season. He’s weeded out or scared anyone who might point out any negative consequences. For Mump types, April 15 is a meaningless date, but disrupting IRS functions gets blamed on IRS, which is downsized, reducing efficiency, increasing anger at government, justifying further downsizing and tax cuts. And that repeats across all departments/agencies interacting with the public and requiring routine interpretation of regulations. Then Mump hires more unqualified MAGAs to fill all those empty positions. He increased govt payroll in first admin, he’ll do it again, and increase deficit for good measure. And I won't be surprised if lower and middle class income taxes go up somehow.

Re: Political Roundtable Part XXXIV
Incredible.
The US president openly parrotting Kremlin talking points is beyond the pale.
No wonder Russia doesn't want Europe to participate in negotiations for peace.
They know a sucker when they see one.
