Don't forget that he came back from 3 years without playing.

Yes, it would be a bit of a gamble, and it would need to re-sign him for less than his actual salary, but there are some positive points
The moment Trae is on the bench, you can play Ball + Dyson + Risacher and certainly put some great defensive pressure

I don't have any thoughts right now on Lonzo Ball fitting onto the roster.

But the dude was pretty dismissive of the Hawks Franchise last summer after we won the draft lottery.

Not a dealbreaker, but potentially polarizing sentiment to have floating around the ether...

OK, I think I didn't see it, or I don't remember.
Strange, it looks like it's not just a joke on any other team than his team, but it sounds like he hates Hawks...

I'd strongly consider trading De'Andre Hunter for an expiring Caris Levert + Jaylon Tyson and a 2nd Rounder.
I'd hope for a better deal, but this isn't awful considering how lowly DeAndre was valued as little as 6 months ago.

Caris is a more polished scorer than De'Andre and can handle scoring in secondary units for the remainder of the season. Jaylon Tyson has some pretty solid scoring chops, too.

Trae and Lonzo Ball have been known to workout in Los Angeles together during the offseason. The Sand Dunes in the Malibu area of California.

I don't think so, if I'm not wrong, +3.1M in salary puts ATL at +1.9M over the LT threshold, and paying some LT instead of being among the teams that share what was paid by the other... Ressler won't let that happen

Oh, I remember this one, so even more surprise by the other video where he looks to not like Hawks at all

By the way, he just extended for 2 more years at 10M/year with CHI

Good value for Chicago.
I hope he stays healthy.

Landry continues to sit on his hands. Gonna be real awkward when you have been keeping Bogi and Clint out and then all of a sudden try and bring them back into the fold.

I have a feeling that I'm not going to like what they do

Bog should be the salary move unless they can get real value for Hunter

Trae Young will be next.
He already knows he won't receive the supermax from this ownership.

Probably smart to do. His last year is a player option.

Should the Hawks offer OO for Dalton Knecht?

I know the Hawks need post players but if feels like with the Jalen injury, the Hawks have decided to punt on the 2025 season. So might as well collect young talent since the Hawks have decided to throw away this season.

Knecht is only 4 months younger than OO

No and the trade deadline has passed.
Hawks need more size, not less.
I don't think the trades we made has changed our standing as a playin team for the rest of the season. I think we upgraded our bench from the GMat and Roddy and cut salary for next season.

No. Highish floor, low ceiling. He is older than JJ. Can't defend. For some reason, Laker fans think if him as this amazing prospect.
