Perhaps you have shared elsewhere, but how do you propose motivating the players to "care" about the all-star game or regular season games?

- Normal color court, and lights on in the crowd! It's cool to see all the fans and their reactions during games/events rather than a sea of darkness
- Rookie vs Sophomore game - this format always felt competitive as the rookies felt like they had something to prove and the sophomores didn't want to get beat by a bunch of rooks
- Take out the stupid Starry balls from the 3 point contest
- Try and incentivize stars/the best dunkers to join the dunk contest - would take a sizeable cash prize presumably
- Each judge gives a score out of 10 which are all added together, rather than out of 50 and averaged like they do now - much cleaner and simpler
- Players shouldn't get 40 out of 50 for not even completing a dunk (looking at you Buzelis)
- ASG back to East vs West with a sizeable cash prize for the winning team to encourage competition
- No Kevin Hart
Silver has turned All Star weekend into this gimmicky, low effort, low entertainment value mess. Time to return to basics.
