Will the Spurs win at least one title while they have both Wemby and Fox on their roster?

I believe so much in Wemby and the Spurs organization that I think they will.

They have all the assets to trade for a key third peice, Fox/Wemby plus someone else that becomes available can win it all.

Absolutely not with just them two being the main pieces... Now if they add more pieces (another star), sure they have a chance.

Honestly, I would have voted yes before the Fox trade, if you had just asked "Will Wemby win a title with the Spurs?" Nothing is given to you, but I think they will.

After the Fox trade I'm even more optimistic. Not necessarily because of Fox, but also because they kept a lot of their assets. They can make another juicy trade if they feel like it.

They need a few moves. That roster is further away than most think it is

Nothing is guaranteed. They have the right centerpiece, a good lead guard, and enviable assets to improve. But anything can happen. I'd say the smart money on any young dynasty-in-the-making is that they never get there.

I'm not sure why, but I selected no because I believe Vic will win with another player.
:o LeBron is 0-7 in game winning/tying FGs in the finals. And is 20/116 or 17% in game winning/tying FGs in the 4th/OT for his career. That's historically bad :o

If they win, it will probably come with some asterisk.
RealGM never fails in that aspect.

Winning a championship is hard, having a top 5 talent doesn’t guarantee you anything. Spurs aren’t there yet.

RealGM doesn't believe Fox is a #2 guy on a title winner? with GOAT level #1?

I just think people are way too bearish on Fox. Being on a well run franchise will make his value much higher than currently rated.

Not alone but give them a 3rd quality starter + a couple 3&D guys and they win multiple titles

I could see it but they will need the rest of the roster to pan out and for Wemby to be healthy (which he’s done a good job on so far).

I believe spurs would have won a title even without trading for fox and just building up their chemistry organically. Will castle emerge as that 3rd guy or will they try to package their current assets for one? I'm not super high on castle but alot of ppl seem to believe in his star potential.

I am not a big believer in Fox, and I am always afraid guys like Wemby will become chronically injured.

Ralph Samson and Yao did this too me.

Too hard to say given how stacked the West is. Jokic, SGA and Luka manning the Nuggets, Thunder and Lakers are 3 perennial title contenders.

I would not be surprised if Giannis or Embiid wind up in a blockbuster trade to one of these West powerhouses as well in the next few years, given the plateau that the Bucks and Sixers (more of a straight downfall) have hit.

If they played out East I’d be pretty confident but it’s too hard to say given the stacked West.

Peak Wemby is not going to need much to win rings. Solid role players who hit open shots and play good D. a couple of ball handlers.

Fox is more than good enough as #2 guy on a Wemby title winner.

My only real concern to the question if he they'll move him before they win. Not so much if he can be that guy with the right pieces around.
