How does Jordan Miller play out? I think he's stuck on the G League team as there's no pressing issue to give him a standard NBA deal with the addition of Bogdan. Plus he has some competition at the end of the bench from MarJon Beauchamp. Max Christie is turning into something for the Mavs and Cam Christie is supposed to be the better brother of the two. Coaching staff have to be wondering do they have something with him if the family genes are correct.
I also think Kobe Brown should start to grab some of Batum's minutes.

I'm in Philly now. Especially with getting ready for the Eagles parade, the whole city is laughing at PG specifically and the Sixers in general. Embiid is hinting at surgery. Time to tank. And PG is doing his part lol.
The Flyers are ass. And the Phillies pitchers and catchers have reported in Clearwater. This is a 2-sport town for now.
A week ago, you could have argued the Sixers had too little to gain to justify turning the page to 2025-26. Their odds of making something of the season by winning weren't appreciably worse than their odds of keeping their first-round pick by losing. Even now, the most they can reasonably hope to accomplish is to give themselves a 65% chance at landing a top-six pick and thus retain the pick rather than forfeiting it to the Thunder (who previously traded for the rights to the pick should it fall between 7-30). Even a full-scale tank probably wouldn't be enough to bridge the seven-plus games they hold on the NBA's four legitimate tankers (Utah, Washington, New Orleans, Charlotte).

For good or ill, KPJ keeps the scorekeeper busy and the fans' tongues wagging.

Miller is in a tough spot because there is a log jam of similar players on the team. If the team got a big instead of Bogi, I think Miller would've gotten a contract by now. And I don't think Beauchamp is going to get any meaningful minutes. I think the team just wanted to get rid of KPJ and didn't care what they got in return. Still don't agree with the move, but not a big deal.
It's hard to judge Kobe because he gets so few minutes. He's built like a tank and I think he can bring some physicality on the inside but I don't know.
Batum isn't completely washed yet, he's still a high IQ player who is a 3pt threat so it's hard to completely bury him on the bench. We'll see...

More often than not, guy can ball.. I think for the Bucks he probably has a higher ceiling offensively than he did in the current and next season on this team.
Luv to see it.

I think they did want Beauchamp as another reclamation project. 0-2 so far with Bamba and KPJ. The KPJ thing is odd though. He played a lot of minutes, had a long leash, and at times showed some good offense and defense. I know the turnovers galore, bad three ball, and excessive hot dogging when it wasn't necessary. But to ship him off like that suggest that maybe the Bucks wanted him or Lue liked him but the front office didn't.

2022 first round pick. I'm telling y'all getting young players is easy now. Going to see a lot more of this in the coming years.

Trentyn Flowers press. One article is saying he could be a future star

Baldwin always had good size and good skills. Seem to remember the big questions about him were motor and commitment.
Flowers is a different sort of player and situation. Good size—very good height, not so good wingspan. He plays a bit smaller than his 6’7”-6’8”. Everything I’ve seen and heard seems to show good commitment and a decently high skill level. He could be a rotation level NBA player...
….if he stays healthy. Hurt a knee last January, neck strain three months after that, wrist surgery in July. It could be a red flag—or it could be bad luck. The injuries seem to be (big “seem”) random, which would be good—since he’s very young. Flowers is 3 months younger than Cam Christie—he’s still 19. I kinda figure this year is a “Recover, get stronger, get playing time” year for him. He’ll still be 20 at the start of next season (and for most of the season). You gotta hold onto a player like that and see how it shakes out. So far, so good.

Looks like Moussa isn't on a bad team on paper. A terrible record yeah, but a ton of injuries this season. Melo, Bridges, Miller(injured) Williams, Smith Jr., Green, etc. can hang with any team in the league if healthy which is rare for them.

Flowers doesn't look like a standout athlete, but does seem to have good skills for his size. I wish the starting point on his 3 was higher, would give him a quicker release. He should have more upside than Amir.

I’m more concerned about the Powell injury tbh. This bad and he still has to participate in the all-star stuff.
