The Bucks can't hold player's hands and prevent them from doing anything unprofessional in their off hours.

Play Sims, see if he has anything but also just please try to not kill our starters, Doc. This sucks.

What are you even talking about? The organization did not give him the banned substance.
Dealing with people who exhibit the "smartest person in the room" syndrome can be a challenge. One approach is to listen their opinion while also encouraging open-mindedness. It's important to create an environment where all voices are valued.

- It's random defensive clips that are a mixed bag. OK, but spazzy rim d, solid pick & roll d.
- 4:40 is the funniest goaltend ever.
- He's fast as hell for his size. Could play fb in a couple yr if bball doesn't work out (very possible)

Separately, he actually has only allowed a fg % of 47.8 at the rim this season, which is elite. But it's half fake. Prior few seasons he's basically league average, & one year actually as bad as Bobby (68%). Average to maybe above average.

Having 3 of his 5 top lineups being wildly positive (+22.1, +15.9, +15.4) shows you can win with him on the court. But the other 2 being negative on a good team like the Knicks shows it's dicey when he's out there w/ another poor wing shooter (it was Hart there). He rarely played w/ another center option, like Towns. Our analog for OG at the 4 here is Kuzma, maybe Prince.

Doc has already started the SG version of Jericho Sims for 43-games this year. Really no excuse to not to give him some burn at this point.

I don't understand. What option is there? Have someone from the team be with every player 24/7?
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Roster Moves:

- Convert Rollins
- Waive Livingston or even Smith (they'd do the former, but I've never seen it w/ Tyler)
- 2-way a big to replace Rollins/Bobby. IDK who, but Ellenson on the Herd is Bobby-Lite, & better than Smith ATM.
- Permanently sign best 3&d mid-size wing available. I liked Javonte Green but he came off the market quick.

You are the biggest conspiracy theorist on this board

In Australian sports, a lot of the time 'mental health issues' were used as code for when a player failed an illicit drug test. These aren't performance enhancing but as the employer the Aussie sports didn't want their employees taking them.

25 for tramadol is ridiculous. Even if he did something bad, the Draymond comparisons are apt.

We'll probably see them both but I'm a lot more interested in seeing extended Tyler Smith Minutes than Jericho Sims.

It doesn't matter if 25 is ridiculous. If two sides agree to a contract provision that is collectively bargained, neither side can wave or modify that provision. It's a binding contract. It would be an unfair labor practice if the NBA reduced Portis' suspension because 25 games was "too much" punishment. The Collective Bargaining Agreement dictates the penalty. The NBA has no discretion to modify the penalty for a violation.

The CBA likely does not address separate penalties for each drug. More likely, the CBA cites penalties for any improper drug deemed to be in a certain classification by an authority like the World Anti-Doping Agency. Both sides would want the threshold for "guilt" and the resulting penalty to be cut and dried. Thus the NBA CBA.

Any labor lawyers out there are welcome to correct any errors in my take.

Win a championship. Fantastic. Next season Khris slips on wet court, out. Next 2 seasons Giannis hurt. Hopefully this isn't a precursor for this year's playoffs.

Send me the contract language and then we will have a better idea how rigid the language is. And yes, both sides can agree to waive language in certain circumstances.

I'm assuming they knew about this at the deadline. If so, he was untradeable.
