Kuzma isn’t Middleton. We all get that. But Kuz brings different things to this team we’ve really needed.

Dame scored or assisted on 17 of the Bucks last 20 points, from down 93-100 to winning 116-110.

Notice Kawhi only switched onto Green once there in the fourth? It wasn’t the mismatch he thought it was.

Brook was fantastic today. I really like Porter; he and Giannis had the highest points per minute

Nice comeback. Dame finally realized we had a game today. Giannis sparked it, but Brook was part of the big 2. Good match-up, & maybe rejuvenated by the break. The d was the virtual constant. Guys like Kuz could stay w/ their man, disrupt shots.

Really terrible lineup combos by Doc. Prince at the 2. We dug a hole at the beginning of the 1st & 3rd. Then there were combos who couldn't rebound (Brook, Prince/Kuz, 3 true guards) & w/ terrible shooting (Sims, Giannis, Kuz, KPJ). That worries me.

Also, the telegraphed handoffs, passes to the high post need to stop. Teams keep seeing it coming & jumping it. It's giving them a lot more shots, and that's unsustainable. More bad coaching, & execution. Low I.Q. team. They competed at least & eeked it.

Kuz’s length really bothers dudes on defense and he does a nice job staying attached. That’s really great to see.

I was hoping the minutes restriction was for a B2B but it looked like it was to prevent injury based on how strict they were and how Giannis looked on the bench

Great win KPJ really impressed me he could be a difference maker for us. Kuzma plays great D And Sims gives us an athletic big that can play D. That 3d quarter was brutal but they really turned it up in 4th with Giannis leading the way. It would have been nice to have him out there for the last few minutes though.

That's the thing with Dame, he can be having a bad, in this case terrible, game and then become a big factor in the 4th. Cold shooting but 15/7/7/2
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

The defensive potential was really off the charts. The team has guys who can match up 1-1 throughout the lineup.

I was thinking the samething. In that ugly 3rd he kept us with in shouting distance.

Ok. Did not watch the game or read the board. So, from stats only, how did we win? What happened to Giannis?

Now, I'm going to read the board.

Dame really needs to be firing on offence to have a positive impact out there. For all the good he did in the fourth, he was a traffic cone on D and gave up that big offensive rebound too.

Don’t want to rag on the dude but he is going to get brutally targeted come playoff time.

Great win. One of the best wins of the season. Giannis, Lopez, and KPJ were balling. KPJ adding that spark was much needed and Giannis exploding to start the 4th was amazing to see. Even though he did it without Zubak out there for the most part another detail was Green was the only floor spacer on the floor and G.A. still got to his spots to score. I loved Kuzma, Green, and KPJ's defense tonight. Kuzma being a real defender is a big deal because of his size. I don't know how the Green is making him look taller than what he looked in a Lakers or Wiz uniform but it does. He looks like a 6'10 defensive dynamo that closes the space and forces his guy to Lopez. His shot selection still needs work but his driving is huge.

Honestly getting KPJ and Kuzm really kind of makes up forMids since you never had him available all the time.

Also, Prince needs some love too. People hate on him and he does some head scratching things for a vet but he has been a great pick up and an even better pick up when you consider he's on the vet min.

Where would this team be without Brook? Dude is about to turn 37.

Return to Milwaukee Bucks
